I cannot figure out why this location is still open!
They have been a bad food experience like the last 6 times, I’ve gone… Before tonight, their chicken was always undercooked. Super light, unbrowned, and stomache ache inducing 🙁 so I didn’t go for a couple years because of those repeated offenses.
This weekend I had a severe taste for them biscuits and okra, so I went out on a limb hoping they’d gotten the chicken together by now and NOPE.
I UEed the meal deal (spicy legs&thighs, biscuits, coleslaw, and okra + the free Mac Ncheese).
A little under an hour later, I received burnt chicken, room temp slaw, cold okra, the Mac ☹️ o yeah and biscuits that were white and falling apart. Like they may have packed the sides when the order first came in, and then let it sit there for the 35 minutes they were burning the chicken. Apparently the best parts of the menu will come either undercooked or overcooked.
Unfortunately I feel my kitchen and phone lighting are not accurately portraying the foolishness, but enter this restaurant at your own risk.

On my first ever visit to Church’s Chicken I ordered their spicy 1/2 chicken meal. The customer service was fine my issues were with the food. The chicken breast part of the 1/2 chicken was tasty, great seasoning on that, but the entire piece was really dry and the wing portion was inedible. The biscuit tasted good it was ironically more moist than the chicken and the jalapeño pepper which was roasted was decent. Wish they had let me switch out their mashed potatoes for fries though. Well I was right about the potatoes they were pastey, unseasoned, and bland so the entire thing less one bite went into the trash can at my next stop, Royal Farms, so that I could rewind and start over.

I came here to try their chicken. It was pouring down raining very bad weather until I stopped inside and seen the server with a beautiful bright smile she introduced me to the menu and latest items so I decided to try the smokehouse chicken and I was not disappointed at all well seasoned through and through crispy but moist half chicken and honey glazed biscuit. It was delicious Donna definitely needs to be recognized for her hard work and great customer service I will return soon.

Great food always, I have no complaints with their customer service. Their not rude but they’re not cheerful either, I can understand why they’re not like going to Chick-fil-A so I let that side . My only dislike of church’s is the build itself, it needs a make over badly. It could of been in a movie in the 1980’s old, not very inviting. Besides that go for the food……..just lock your car doors before you go in

I gave Church’s a 4 out of 5 because I like their chicken. Everything was fresh. We waited at least 35 mins in line because the intercom was not working. Sighh. They are renovating. But church’s chicken is good. I hope that the owners take more pride in the outward appearance of their restaurant.

Please check your chicken to make sure it’s not a day old and not
re-fried. You shouldn’t do customers like that, absolutely dishonest waste of time and money!!

Went out of our way to get the buttered biscuits but disappointed. Biscuit was dry, worst taste and doesnt look like the church’s chicken biscuit. Ordered 2 for 5.99 combo but got charged the regular price. The window lady was nice but she doesnt seem to know the 5.99 promo. First time going never coming back. Under renovation and shouldnt be operating at all.

They did not cook the chicken right the food was cold. The french fries were cold when you get home you gotta warm the stuff up. It will be a fast food and it will be fresh. It’s not fresh. They need to shut the place down.

“I visited this Church’s Chicken location late at night and was extremely disappointed with the food quality. The chicken I received was very hard and dry, clearly not fresh. It was truly one of the most disgusting things I’ve tasted in a long time, suggesting perhaps the oil was old or the chicken had been sitting out for a while. I understand it was near closing time, but the food should still be fresh and edible. I hope management can address these quality control issues, especially during later hours.”
