I don’t why i keep going to this place but every time I have to visit Centennial hosp I go there because it’s close and the one that is in Madison closed down yrs ago. Service and food at the one on Charlotte is terrible. Went there today after my drs appointment. Drive through backed up as always but I waited. Ordered 3 Krystal with cheese. She said 10 00 and some change. I thought that was alittle higher than usual but whatever. Drove up got my sack and drove around parking lot and got in the bag. I thought what the heck are these 3 cold rocks in my sack. Didn’t look like cheese burgers so I went in. She said these are chick’s
I said I didn’t order this. Even if I did they were cold hard rocks. They couldn’t do anything about my order but offer me 3 more cheese burgers on top of the 3 they gave me. That’s 6 burgers. I can’t only eat one but 6. Staff was not concerned that my ordered was messed up.Very unprofessional staff,rude

In the past years I have given up on Krystals due to their lack of freshness and bad customer service. I visited this location two weeks ago, amazingly fresh, the chili was overly salty but otherwise happy with the service, so I figured id come back this Saturday to see if the service and freshness was consistent and to my surprise, everything was fresh and hot. Chili was made just right and service was great! I want to applaud the staff and cook for making a old customer want to come back again!! Thank you ❤️

I dont care what the place looks like. I grew up on White Castles and this is the closest I can get..they are really great hamburgers especially with cheese. Orders take a little bit but we usually buy a sack or two so i can see it being time consuming..they seem understaffed alot but yet they are always nice unlike “yack in a box”..

Food was good. Got through the line fast. Only challenge is they have a 2-5 snack deal. I was in line at 2:07. They said their computers do not indicate 2 o’clock for about 5 more minutes. Management should work to correct this. It wasn’t the cashiers fault. I bought less because of this.

Horrible customer service from cashier Mike . This is our second time encountering him. He is always so rude on the intercom. He appears to always be frustrated , short-tempered , and he cuts you off while ordering , as well as , rushing you to complete your order . Please take him off the intercom and place him on the grill so that he doesn’t have to interact with individuals if it frustrates him so badly!!! Or simply get another job Mike!!! Stop being rude to paying customers!!

This location is pretty good and they are fast too. I just wish they’re not so stingy with the condiments. Even if you order a bunch of food and ask for extra ketchup or mustard you get like 2 of each. Every time.

So easy on and easy off the interstate is a plus
