Came here at 8pm on a Friday night (they close at 10pm.) Food came out in about 10 min and FRESH. It’s such a good feeling when you get nice, fresh, hot food now a days from fast food establishments.
Place was very clean and the cashiers very nice as well. There isn’t many restaurants like this in the area, even in the state really. So I’m glad this one is good. 5/5
$13 for 1/4 dark chicken with rice and fries and 18% tip. Try the yellow sauce.

I feel like this location is a step above the Raleigh locations. It is so clean, the workers are so friendly, and the food is solid. There were no fatty parts in the carnitas or el pastor tacos and they put plenty of cilantro on the side to warm my cranky heart.

“Great food, even better service! The staff here is so friendly and fast. We had an incredible dinner here last time. The (arroz chaufa)was the standout dish, but what really made the evening was our server, [Sully]. They were incredibly attentive without being overbearing and gave us a fantastic menu recommendation that paired perfectly with our meal. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality. This is not about PORTION. This was later in the dinner rush, the beans pan was low, and instead of refilling with fresh beans and preparing a PROPPER portion, they knew it was to-go & I wouldn’t notice until home.

Our first time here. The chicken (we had the 1/4 chicken white, with two sides) and sides were really good, and reasonably priced. Large portions – no complaints. We’ll be back. Very friendly staff.

We love Alpaca and their food, but this was our first time visiting this specific location—and it was rough. While we were ordering, no one acknowledged us at all. I couldn’t tell if it was a language barrier or something else, but even when I tried to confirm our order, the employees just talked among themselves and never actually responded to us.
When we got our food, it was missing the fresco. I always get the exact same menu item at other locations, and it’s shown right on the menu in both the description and the picture. When we went back to ask, we were told the item “doesn’t come with fresco.” I even asked if I could buy some, and again—no acknowledgment. The employee just walked away, then eventually came back and set two cups of fresco on the counter without saying anything.
I’m not sure what was going on today, but the service was so off-putting that we won’t be returning to this location.

The food is good, but they always seem to have a shortage of fries. Every time, they say they’ll bring them to the table, but we never receive them. This has happened at least 3–4 times. Maybe it’s due to poor management or someone who doesn’t know how to handle the supply chain properly. To compensate for the bad service, they gave us a $5 coupon—but the funny (and ridiculous) part is that it expired the same day. Hilarious

The chicken was amazing. The green beans were good. It was neat and clean.
The somewhat bad:
It was pricey. Meal was almost $19 for Lunch. It was not busy so I thought it would be quiet. I needed to use WiFi and make a few calls. The music was so loud I had to step outside to make phone calls.
I would definitely eat here again when I didn’t mind the noise. Overall good experience I just aim to give accurate reviews.

Food is always great and delicious! The service is not, at all. They do not attend the pick up window. They just leave people sitting there 15+ minutes with zero acknowledgment. There doesn’t seem to be any training for these employees as to what customer service means. There’s always an abundance of employees but the service is ridiculously slow. I wish there was an improvement so I can start going back.
