I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment unless you want issues with your order. They will also refuse to provide a refund. Due to their lack of basic skills they do not understand what “no” means. It is crucial to acknowledge that when a customer specifically expresses their desire to exclude a specific ingredient, it is usually due to an allergy or dislike. I requested (no egg) due to allergy concerns, yet they included it in the burrito and then proceeded to remove it before wrapping it and sending it. Such incompetence especially for your FIRST order of the day. You deserve less than minimum wage. Clowns.

I ordered a box, sub all meet with beans. 2 of my 3 items were made with meat. I’m a vegetarian. I cant even suck it up and eat it. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. The food we did get was barely filled. The staff had no idea what items they handed us and what that hadn’t yet.

I went through the drive through and got my order and went home. The chicken on both tacos and burritos was driving out like it had been sitting in a hot window. This is the second time this has happened at this location. My grilled cheese burrito was half the size it normally is. I tried calling six times after I got home and discovered this. Normally I dont complain but not answering the phone did not help the situation. I called the next day and the wanted the reciept food brought back. I threw it out when they didnt answer the phone. If they had answered the phone I would have brought it back then. We go to Taco Bell was our go to drive through, I guess that will no longer be the case.

What happened??
A bean burrito is very very small and “skimpy” looks like a tablespoon of beans smeared on a small flour tortilla. Ridiculously over priced just to keep the greedy corporate hogs pockets lined.
The last time I ordered the bean burritos flour tortilla was hard around the edges as if it was sitting for awhile then popped into a microwave for reheating
Not a good place anymore.
Not a fair price for the amount of food.

This est. Has recently changed to customer kiosk orders “Only” while a empty handed employee stands and watches. No welcoming atmosphere. Food was good. The restroom experience was something else tho. In the male restroom you can see the lobby and kiosk when the door opens from the urinal.

Went in for a mobile order. I stood there for 11 minutes without anyone saying a single word to me. I finally asked about my order and the guy went to check. I then waited 10 more minutes without anyone saying a thing. When I checked again they seemed frustrated. Finally gave me food and told me someone had stolen my order. 20 minutes before I knew what was going on. This is not okay.

Placed a pickup order on my lunch break. Picked it up and got to work and was missing my main steak rolls, mind you it’s my first time getting these, and when I went back the service was awful. Acted like I’m the one that forgot the steak rolls and then when they remade them, they looked like crap. The cook proceeded to say, if I make them again they are going to look like that. Fun, I’m glad the “ROLL” is actually just a pile of crap. Thank you.

We placed our order through drive through when getting our food my wife ordered a side of rice only to receive it with barely a tablespoon in the bowl. She then nicely went back into the store and asked if they could put more in the bowl. To have rude comments made behind the counter from the food workers, Also saying loudly enough to be heard in the lobby! We will not return to the restaurant! It was purely laziness on the workers part of not wanting to make more!
