Under good management. They are in Mc Donalds standarts with one plus!!! THEY KEEP THE RESTURANT SUPER CLEAN I LIKE IT.
The sandiwich was delicious. The decoration was great and the customer service was awesome.

I eat at this McDonald’s quite a lot compared to other McDonald’s. They typically do pretty decent. It’s what you expect but it’s also one of those vibes like I’m loving it or if you’re in the mood from McDonald’s or something, I trust this McDonald’s I’d get food here, reliable you get what you ordered. If they mess up, you can get it fixed really easy just by asking and showing your receipt and what not.

Ordered a sweet tea, sat at pickup window for almost 10 minutes. Tea was very weak looking, asked about the color, she said take it or leave it. Last time I will go there and some much for customer satisfaction

I use this McDonalds frequently and rarely have issues. Today I ordered off the App and had my daughter go to pickup. My daughter comes home with no food starting I didn’t pay for it but the app clearly states I did. (Mind you the order was made and sitting to be picked up)
I call and the manager said the app is not connected to the store and I can cancel my order on the app and it will refund my money. WRONG… I was unable to cancel my order as it was already made!! And per the fine print on the app it is a direct purchase from the store that is being ordered from. Disappointed in the customer service. So it cost me $15 to learn not to use the app.

The food quality at this location has been so bad recently. Literally every time I have been to this location in the past 3 months the food has been either cold, wrong or both. This used to be a decent location, which is why I kept going. Hopefully they get it together soon.

Been going to this one for awhile at least 3 times a week. I love everyone here and always remember a familiar face. Food has always been on point and I’ve barely ever had any mistakes to my order. Everybody is always working hard when I go in there and always have a smile on their faces .

It’s a McDonald’s, it varies for everyone & reviews aren’t always staying the same unless perish constantly keep updating it. I came for a visit & surprised McDonald’s here is different from California. Few changes to menu, non existent items/deals, beefier sausage patty with seasoning on the sausage egg McMuffin which was good. Real good.

Ordered in the app as i always do for other locations. Order was not ready 15 mins later. Per mgr they didn’t recieve order. I showed her my order # and receipt, she said nothing she could do but ring me up again. I told her I wasn’t paying a 2nd time and left. I was later able to cancel my order in the app, but from a customer service standpoint, it was a 3.00 order, she could have handled it way better. I won’t be going back to that location.

I stopped to get a small order of fries about 3 p.m. today. I went through the drive-thru, and I only had a $100 bill. The girl at the payment window had to go get her boss. Guess what? That supervisor said they did not have change. Come on now. This particular McDonalds is on very busy Rt.4 and Boymel Drive. They had change. I’m sure of it.

This McDonald’s is worth less than one star. I took my kids to get desert and play in the play place. This McDonalds messed up my order, the employees were rude, and the Worst part for me? We arrived to the McDonald’s play area with a puddle of soda. After about 15 minutes of the puddle there (where the kids could slip in it and hurt themselves) we go inform the staff. An hour later after watching employee after employee walk by it, the puddle is still there. Another angry mom surrounded the puddle with chairs before I left. It wouldn’t surprise me if the spilled soda is still there. I’m not bringing my kids or coming here again. They had enough employees there to clean up the mess. There should be no reason for you to have to rush an order, be rude to the customers, and leave a mess around for children and adults to get hurt over! >:(
(Also the bathroom wasn’t in any good shape. I was afraid to even wash my hands in those sinks, Thank God I have wipes on me at all times)
