Had the “three for me” for $10.99. Salad, Smash Burger & Fires ( can’t beat the price) My wife hade the 6oz. Sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and Broccoli. Food was good atmosphere was cozy, wait staff was attentive and the restaurant was clean. Can’t beat the value for two of us with tip under $50. Always consistent nothing bad to say.

We visited here on a very busy Saturday night a couple of weeks ago. It was our first time in many years, but we had heard great things and were curious to see for ourselves.
The parking lot was completely full when we arrived around 5:00 and the place was packed. We were surprised as it was still relatively early. My husband dropped me at the entrance while he searched for a spot. It was about a 20 minute wait before we were seated.
As I said, it was pretty busy but not off the charts crazy with noise. Our waiter was very patient and kind considering the crowds (perhaps this is their typical Saturday night and he is used to it). He refilled drinks regularly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Based upon service, it was a great visit.
Having not been here for awhile, we opted to order a few different things to try a decent sampling of options. Our opinions were pretty mixed from item to item.
The Texas Cheese Fries – minus jalapeños – were good. The fries were crispy and there was a good amount of cheese. However, I don’t know what brand of ranch they are buying, but it was the same consistency and flavor as water. We ate them plain instead.
We ordered 2 “samplers” next. The bbq classics with 3 items – ribs, crispy chicken crisper, and brisket quesadilla – which also came with fries and mac and cheese. The ribs were for the hubby and he absolutely loved them. They were always one of his favorites and are apparently still just as good. We both loved the mac and cheese – great flavor. The other 2 items were a fail. Crispy chicken was definitely not – more rubbery than anything. The new chicken tenders from Wendy’s taste better. And the brisket quesadilla was not it either – a little it if meat, not much flavor. For the triple dipper, we selected the big mouth bites, honey Chipotle mozzarella, and BBQ boneless wings. The winner here was the mozzarella – good sized portion and excellent flavor. The big mouth bites were so dry I only took a couple of bites of mine. The bbq boneless bites had a good bbq flavor, but were no better than any other chain I have had them at.
Dessert was awesome – how could a skillet chocolate chip cookies ever be bad?
Overall, the food was just okay and the price was high. We did order a decent amount of food but with tip it came to almost $100. (The bbq sampler was probably 1/3 of the cost.) I could scale back, but the hubby’s favorite thing was also the most expensive. We generally don’t eat at chain restaurants anymore as the prices are the same as at private restaurants, but I was hoping to be won over.

Our server Ivan was somewhat attentive, the Broccoli was not, it had mold on it and my wife, who loves broccolli refused to eat it we told our server who seemed indifferent to the issue. Unable to use our Chili’s gift card after our server Ivan ran it and said it had no money on it, I called the number on the back of the card to indeed verify that there was plenty of money on the gift card. I ended using my own C C to pay for it due to his inability to get the card to work. I thought that there was something strange going on regarding the gift card when he told us it wasn’t working and indeed the gift card had money on it so I don’t know what was going on with that. Ivan was a decent fellow however his strong accent made it difficult to understand what he was saying and he spoke so fast that It was very difficult to understand what he was saying he needs to slow down a little bit when he speaks so we can communicate better. The pictures below show dark spots on the broccoli and it looks moldy and discolored and some spots. Again when we brought it up to our server Ivan he seemed brethren different I don’t know if he understood what was going on or not but corporate needs a look into their food quality at the store. Wait very easily could have called did your state health department and have their restaurant check for violations based on this alone. Hopefully corporate well investigate what’s going on at this store cuz something did not feel right about it sadly.

Gross found a foreign object in my food. Was completely turned off!!! Manager Jake asked me to email a picture, then claims it was “hard avocado, that didn’t get broken down” Regardless, how is a customer to know this?? Was told by him I would receive refund and a courtesy card as I wasn’t eating my meal as I was turned off. Never got a refund, Called and got an ATTITUDE from Jake! Someone else can have this $10 cause I WONT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We’re semi-regulars at chilis and like to return every few months. But this visit kind of just missed the mark in terms of food and service. Our waiter was very inattentive and just didn’t really check in on us. And my boneless wings were pretty undercooked and just lacking in the crisp department. For going on a Sunday decently later and missing the main dinner rush, I’m disappointed in our service. The mozzarella sticks were still good as always, and my big mouth bites were good. My boyfriends though had no caramelized onions or bacon at all which was weird as mine had a ton. We got a free appetizer of chips and salsa which definitely started us off right but id say our time here was just mediocre this time around. Hoping next time it’s a bit better!

Stopped in for a late lunch. It was the first time in a Chilii’s in many years. Kim came over & warmly greeted/welcomed us and seated us immediately.
We started with an appetizer which came out hot and was exactly as described.
We both enjoyed our entrees. Kim was attentive and we never needed to wait for a refill.
A very delicious meal and an enjoyable experience! We will definitely return!

We are somewhat regulars and usually get good service. We were in around 2pm and it must have been break time. Employees were sitting at booths or chatting. Which is fine, but we sat over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. We put our full order in as we were worried no one would come back. With good reason My husband got his coffee (cold) and we had our chips and salsa. Our food came out and I still didn’t receive my drink from the bar. And probably wouldn’t if I didn’t point it out. My fajitas were a weird mix of sizzling yet somewhat cold. And I would have liked another drink, but no one checked on us to see I finished the first.. I joked to my husband that I will need to order two up front the next time, but I can tell he isn’t in a hurry to go back.

I met some old friends, from serval different states there for lunch. Our Sever/Bartender Kim provided us with amazing service. She was so pleasant, sweet ,fun and very knowledgeable about the menu, she made some delicious recommendations. The food was delicious,The service was amazing and many happy memories were made that day.

My father and I came in for lunch and it was just like any other chilis. Our server was nice and the food was prepared efficiently. However, I ordered the salmon and it was a little overcooked, and my rice was not good. The dressing on the ancho salmon was very good, but the salmon itself was a little hard. I’ve ordered this meal many times before however the rice at this location seemed different for some reason, and I would definitely substitute it for something else.
