Stopped by C-View Inn on Feb 16 around 2:30pm. It feels more like a tavern than a restaurant, with TVs playing the Winter Olympics and a lively bar crowd.
We had the crab cake sandwich and a half rack of tender ribs. Food was good and very affordable — almost the price of McDonald’s but you get a sit-down meal. Service was okay and onsite parking can be tough.
For the price and what you get, I’d give it 5/5.

Went for dinner around 6 PM Friday night And was seated right away. Our server came over promptly and asked for our drink order. They have a nice selection of beers and other drinks but my husband and I just opted for soda. We ordered 2 appetizers, the Thai chili wings and the potato skins with bacon and cheese. The wings were crisp and meaty and the potatoe skins were nice sized and flavorful. For dinner my husband had the prime rib beef Sandwich with fries and I had the 12″ tavern pie. My husband said the sandwich had a generous amount of tender beef and both the horseradish sauce and au jus were flavorful. As for the tavern pie, it was MEH. Not at all like the tavern pies in North Jersey which are thin and crisp. This pie was doughy and chewy and honestly had no flavor at all. Had to ask for red pepper flakes, garlic powder and parmesan cheese just to give it a bit of flavor! Skip the pizza and try something else!
Also, FYI…. if ordering apps and a meal, space out your order. Tables are very small and we still had half of both appetizers on the table when our meal came out….I actually had to hold our wing platter in my hand for over 10 minutes so we could finish eating them…there was not enough room on the table for everything!
They have a nice sized bar in the middle as well and the tables are on either side.

This place is so good. They have the best wings that I’ve ever had and also their French onion soup is amazing. We got the garlic Parm wings and it is so good.

Busy spot on the corner of the building. Came on slider night but I was not a fan of the burgers. The wings were really good. Hot Honey Garlic was my choice. The steak sandwich was ordered and another family member liked it. Plenty of beer on tap and place gets crowded quick.
Negative feedback, the stairs are steep coming down. If you are not careful you will eat the cement. I’ve heard multiple people falling and I’ve witnessed it happen in front of me.

Just left the C-View on this lovely day in the off season. We were fortunate enough to grab a seat at the bar. We had the pleasure of having Brianna as our bartender/server. She does an excellent job, knows her customers, and is very friendly. We enjoyed our wings(best in cape may in my opinion) and sandwiches along with our ice cold beers. Love the C-View all year long but especially in the winter!

Cozy little spot on a cold winter day! This bar was a lot of fun! Super busy with really nice staff and customers. I had the honey hot wings. The honey wings were super crispy with plenty of sauce! Highly recommend getting the wings next time you’re in there!

I have been wanting to come here for over two years and finally made it. We arrived at a great time. Let me just say “timing is everything”, because this establishment quickly filled up. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere from the time we walked in to being greeted by “Gregg, the owner”. He greeted us with a smile and welcomed us for choosing his establishment. The vibes were of positive energy. Our server was great and she was very knowledgeable. The service she provided was awesome! Their menu is reasonably priced as well. Our food was at our table within moments of ordering. We enjoyed our food so much.
When I visit Cape May area again, I’ll be sure to add this location to my stop. I loved everything about this restaurant and will return.

This place is the best that Cape May has to offer when it comes to a economic restaurant with good food. Decorated like an old-time Irish pub, it offers a variety of good American food combined with seafood dishes. They have a vast variety of wines, beers and liquors and the service is spectacular. Brianna, our waitress, was super fast, efficient and friendly. A combination that can rarely be found in services.
In short, C-View Inn may not be a fancy place, but in my humble opinion, if you want to have a good time enjoying a good meal without having to pay an arm and a leg for it, this is the best you can find for miles around.
Note: You HAVE to try the lobster bisque!!!

All the food items ordered were very delicious and flavorful. Suggest to try their special of the day. Good Food Menu, Standard Price, affordable for common people. Place has both Veg/Non-Veg and good drinks options.
The atmosphere was good, clean but congested. Not enough room for move around and it’s crowd tells it’s popularity in the town. Walls have historic pictures and adds value to this place. It has sports bar along with dine in option. Limited parking option at the back of the restaurant.
Bit disappointed with the server, for delay in service and had long waiting time on the table to place the order. It’s busy time could be a reason but a better service was expected.
But, it’s quality food takes priority over everything and given a choice I will revisit this place again.
