I use the drive thru every chance I get. I travel the state and love the 2 for 5$ menu. I will skip other locations you have if I know I will make it to your jfk store area bc they always have fresh buttery sausage egg biscuits and quick service. I hate setting in line waiting. I eat every morning so please have this location teach your other stores personality, efficiency and all around quick fresh service. Thank you Kerry and team for making my mornings.

Went for breakfast this morning and food was burnt to a crisp. This is not acceptable for the prices charged. The phones have been off the hook since 9:30. I picked this up in my way to the office and was highly disappointed! Do better this is not the economy to waste money!

Walked in 2 days ago during the snowpocalypse to get some food. Woman working the register repeatedly called my girlfriend old in the middle of me ordering. She delivered the food to my table and proceeded to hang out and continue to call my girlfriend old. I told her that was rude and to let us eat so we could be on our way. There was no reason for any of that to take place and we were pissed off. Someone like that shouldn’t be working at a place like this.

Went into the store we were greeted by Trevla she took our order got it right , a few moments later we were enjoying the meal all the employees were pleasant and working together .

I knew better from past experience with this location BUT I thought maybe, just MAYBE they might have changed a little.
NOPE , we ordered chicken strips and a MUSHROOM and Swiss burger, KEY WORD … MUSHROOM. There was not 1 peice of mushroom on that burger not to mention the burger patty was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. The chicken strips were either over cooked or been sitting there a while cuz the crust was hard and the chicken was rubbery.

I stop coming because of the wait time but lately I’ve been coming back and I’m loving the improvement. The food was HOT & FRESH. The best part is I didn’t wait that long. The manager with the red locs made sure we had a good experience. What a great addition to the team!!!

The manager was rude. She spoke to the young man at the window like he was not a person “look at you, looking lost” all because I asked to switch my item to a combo. She then yelled at him and said dont do that again when you have all these people behind in line.
