First time here for my husband and I, this restaurant was cute in the inside. We sat right away.Waitress was very helpful and nice. I got two tacos, one carne guisada with cheese and migas. I asked for my tortillas be crispy and I was surprised they actually gave me crispy. It was a pretty good taco.The carne guisada was good but the meat was cut a little bit too big for my liking but it had a good taste.My husband got a plate with carne guisada , he enjoyed it it also. HOMEMADE TORTILLAS, yummy! Always a plus on homemade tortillas.They had good pricing. We will visit again when we are in town.

Ordered the bean and cheese chalupas and I like how fresh everything was. Ironic because the chips for the chips and queso tasted kind of stale but everything else was good. The waitress asked for drinks the moment we sat down and as my first time here, I just asked for water lol. The atmosphere is ok but it can feel a little tight if it’s a lot of people here. I would come back but maybe just for a to go order.

I’ve been searching for the best bean and cheese tacos in San Antonio and this is by far up there. Paid around $6.5 for two big bean and cheese tacos with bacon which I can say is definitely a great price!

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese taco and a chicharrón taco. The bacon egg and cheese taco was tasty but chicharrón was too salty. Also both tacos were cold. Ordered a 2 nd bacon egg and cheese taco. 1st time here and my LAST. The cheese in the enchiladas were NASTY, they used cheap cheese because it was stretchy like laffy taffy Carne Guisada Taco was $5 by itself but the Taco was delicious. Salsa’s , were both good the Green/Red.
