Ordered a large and mini blizzard. When we got home there was a chocolate sundae and a mini blizzard. Was charged for large and mini blizzard. We live 20 mins from the establishment. Will not be returning.

Perfect spot to get dry white toast even if you asked for buttered. That is all.
I have given Dairy Queen another try with the new ownership and remodel. I am now currently sitting inside sweating, I believe I will move outside to finish eating where it is currently 83°. Also, to touch on the buttered toast again which now seems closer to warmed bread, the gentleman stated that buttering cannot be done. Thank you!

You can’t go wrong with a blizzard – you certainly expect long drive thru lines, get out of your car and go inside, usually faster. Enjoy the patio during warmer weather

I ordered online like I have always done for lunch. I arrive at the store, the lady says she doesn’t see my order. I look at my bank account and money has been taken out for my order. Manager says my order was canceled and sometimes the online ordering app does that. She wanted to charge me again for my order and said the other payment will be credit in 5 to 7 business days. I do not want to be charged again and wait for my money 5 to 7 days when I didn’t cancel my own order. I had no time to reorder and wait for it to be made because my lunch hour would be over at work and I would not be able to eat it anyways. Total waste of time. Manager was like oh well not her problem.

I guess they don’t honor flipping the blizzard and it falls on the floor. *shrugs no money back. poor girl had to clean it though.

Small suggestion for the app.. maybe have an option to say “I am here” instead of using location. I place orders on my app but am not the one to get them. So we wait for them to be made once arrived. It would be more convenient to let the app know someone is on the way so that it can be ready.

We were there right after a mini bus with about 20 people ordered, the workers at the DQ didn’t get flustered, they just all worked as a great team and got everyone served and taken care of in a friendly and professional way!! Great job
