We waited almost 30 minutes without our order being taken. We would’ve left, but the waitress was hilarious. She brought our menus and silverware and told us the specials. We told her what we wanted to drink and she took our menus away.
We waited for a while and she brought us drinks that the people behind us ordered, but those people left. There were no people behind us. One of the two drinks was correct. She gave us more menus and more silverware and got tied up with the only other table in the restaurant. She finally took our order.
After a while she came back and took our order again because the “cook” lost it. She took my glass to refill it with tea, but never brought it back.
She finally brought out three plates of food for the two of us. None of it was what we ordered. The cook walked out the door and all the customers walked out except the one table that actually had food.
We are telling all of our friends. It was quite entertaining.
We went to Waffle House and saw other people who had walked out. I give Waffle House 5 stars.

Great place. The chef came out to see how our food was, and he plus the waitress took time with my son who has trouble talking. They were awesome and the food was GREAT.

All you could expect at a Huddle House. Food served up by the Cook himself, guy named Tony. Straight black, strong, slightly burnt coffee refilled fast by lightfooted waitresses. My table was held down by Maria who did an excellent job. Didn’t even have to approach the counter to pay with my debit card, All wireless payment system. The Strawberry Golden Waffle was okay, Turkey sausage was cooked just right with a side of eggs bit overdone, made a nice little lunch stop. Bathroom was still in okay shape which is highly unusual for these kinds of establishments, but something I can appreciate.

When we went in there wasn’t any clean tables so had to wait and no one was in a hurry to clean them. When they were cleaned lady said sit where ever you want to. Got a table but no one would even acknowledge we were sitting there. Finally after 15 minutes one lady ask us what we wanted to drink after another 10 minutes still no drinks. Another lady than told a second lady what we wanted and still no drinks, no menu. It took going through 3 waitresses to finally get a drink and menu to order our food. The cook was telling them they were gonna have to start holding their tickets. There were people leaving because they couldn’t get a clean table. My food was the worst that I have ever had in here.
Went to the restroom and when finished the door wouldn’t open we couldn’t get out. The doorknob was broken. One waitresses open the door to go into the restroom and let us out I told her what happen she said oh well I’m going into the men’s than. I told the waitresses at the register when I went to pay all she said was oh yeah it’s been like that a couple of days. Not I’m sorry like she should have.

Asked for napkins because silverware was laying on the table, was told they had none. Ordered coffee, the cup had leftovers other brim where you would drink out of. Ordered eggs fried hard they came runny, bacon was soft. Sent the bacon back, 5 minutes later they brought more soft bacon. My husband’s bacon was cooked perfectly. There were 7 employees working and only a handful of customers. Really no excuse fr that kind of service
