Stopped by today to get my daughter a drink for her birthday. Ordered 3 to start off the customer service sucks! They don’t even make you feel welcomed. You’re not greeted properly or even with a smile. My drink wasn’t even topped off to the top. This location definitely needs improvement.

I visit this Starbucks almost every morning and love the convenience of the in store pickup after placing my order online. The staff is always friendly, and the drinks are great. However, there’s an ongoing issue with the drive-thru line often blocking the parking spots. It can make it really challenging to park or exit smoothly. It would be great if the line could be adjusted so that it doesn’t block the parking area. Overall, I appreciate the service and hope this can be improved.

Honestly, I left pretty upset. I ordered one large coffee and three small ones, and all four came with barely any coffee inside. How is it possible that not even the large one was filled properly? You pay for a specific size expecting to get what you paid for—not cups that are half empty.
It really feels like they’re charging full price but serving half the product. Very disappointing experience. Hopefully they get it together, because like this, it really makes you not want to come back.

No seating! This is a to go Starbucks only and not like what it used to be in the review pictures. If all you want is drive through, then fine. No space to chill or work for a bit like I was expecting. I have not seen a less accommodating Starbucks for people walking in the restaurant.

I went in there yesterday and the staff was good and the order took a bit though glad it did because there were roaches climbing up the walls and I pointed them out and no one said anything if this is normal it is disgusting.

Mostly a drive thru service Starbucks. I decided to place order online and go inside. When I went in I was the only person in there. I received my order after multiple people who came after me received theirs. My drink was sitting on the side and was only notice after a woman who again walked in after me noticed her drink sitting on the side. I won’t be back to this location.

Located by I-30, this Starbucks ticks all the boxes it needs. There is a drive through but seating inside (and outside) is also good enough to get some work done. The service was friendly and I was impressed by the quality of my beverage. It wasn’t too crowded while I was there but if a lot of people do decide to come in, then parking could be limited.
