I thought long and hard about whether or not, I should leave a review. But I feel like this just can’t go unspoken about. I made an order on the Burger King app last night. When I went through the drive-through to pick it up, the people that were working here seemed irritated that I was there to pick up my food. Then they told me they didn’t have a fork and a knife. And when I left, I got to my house, pulled out my food and noticed that they decided to write weirdo on my box. I couldn’t believe at first that this happened. I am a corporate training manager, and have been managing businesses for over 20 years. Never in my life have I seen anything like this. After looking through the reviews of this location, I noticed that customer service seems to be something that this location is absolutely terrible at. And the people that work here clearly should not be. If I was the manager of this location or the owner, if this happens to be a franchise, I would be thoroughly embarrassed with my reviews, as well as my customers experiences such as this one. And to top it all off, the person spelled weirdo incorrectly as well. I hope this is seen my many people and that the management actually does something about this location before it just goes under completely. What an embarrassment to the Burger King fast food name brand. This is unacceptable.

Incredibly rude customer service. The guy who took my order was bad mouthing me across the restaurant because he got my order wrong and I politely corrected him. I even told him I was fine with the wrong/more expensive order and would pay and accept it. Instead he insisted and remade it to what I had originally asked for, bad mouthed me loudly to other employees and smashed my burger before wrapping it up and putting it in my bag. I discovered once I got home. Very weird and unnecessary. I just threw it away.

Ive visited this location several times recently and always seem to encounter the nice ones. The food is always hot and fresh. i don’t mind waiting when they tell me it will be a moment. I noticed these people here don’t get enough credit for dealing with the public. They take alot of kick back from rude customers looking for something for free after asking for everything out the grease or off the broiler, then get upset they have to wait. I commend these employees and managers on a job well done. Dealing with the public aint easy and you’re not going to please everyone.

Ordered the SpongeBob meals for my family and I; Everything was extremely delicious. The meal was way better than expected especially the Patrick pie and please don’t leave out the pineapple float. It Melts in your mouth. This by far is the best thing burger has offered in years. I loved every moment

Me & My Family Went There On Wednesday Morning , I Must Say I Was Very Impressed Food Was Excellent, Service was fast & Employees was very friendly nice & helpful. So Far This Is One Of My Favorite Stores to visit for breakfast especially if im in a rush & running behind.

Sat in line for 25 minutes, was still 2 cars away and there was only 4 in front of me to start with. Went somewhere else. Seems like all Burger Kings are getting ridiculously slow. Won’t b back. I can go to Chick Fil A and have 40 cars in front of me and still get food quicker. Lol.

The nuggets have improved here too ! I’m definitely happy about that, having more options is a good thing! Now let’s see if the lettuce on the chicken sammies can get an overhaul Please ♀️cause the last two(2) places this week have had what looked like the wilted bits at the end of a week’s old bag of lettuce you just hated to throw away nonetheless, it’s being put on customer sandwiches! The chicken is good, the bread is good, the other veggies like onions and pickles, mayo even has been good, but dude the lettuce ughhhhh, whether Romaine or Iceberg, we need an overhaul for sure almost forgot those cheesy tots ate them before I got home no pic! ♀️
