Absolutely terrible experience. On December 4th around 5:00 PM, I spent $32 on two Whopper combos and a chicken sandwich — and every single item was made incorrectly. They also failed to provide straws for the drinks.
The two teenage drive-thru workers were rude and more focused on rushing cars through than on making sure orders were correct. At the prices they charge, the bare minimum should be decent service and properly prepared food.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Went here and the guy who was fixing the food pant was past his butt. His underwear were showing and his waste was the height of the food line with all his underwear against the counter.. The drink machine is filthy. Other than that the food was fresh but looking at a person fixing my food with his underwear showing is unacceptable and very unprofessional especially for an environment that sells food.

2 stars because it was edible. And the employees were nice. But good god when you think about shrinkflation.. Burger King is taking the win. Payed almost 12 dollars for 2 whopper jr.s with beef patties no bigger than a pack of ketchup. The pickle was the same size as the burger. At $2.99 for a single sandwhich. And $8 dollars for a meal.

My chicken sandwich just didn’t taste right, it was as if it was too salty. The flavor was just off. As I ordered my food the person taking the order over the speaker was rude, she has no customer service skills at all. If I would’ve just driven off once she came on the speaker with her rude self I never would’ve experienced being disappointed and dissatisfied. Oh also they had no burger meat that day only items on the menu 6 through 10 I believe. I feel like if the customer service was better the whole experience would’ve been better. Train these ppl like corporate is watching, they should take orders like their auditioning for heaven!

Luke warm coffee with lid not secure so I spilled coffee on my lap. Also cold tots, masks worn under chins, rude order taker. This is what the number 11 double breakfast croissant with bacon AND sausage looks like. The biggest breakfast sandwich on their menu. Supposed to be 650 calories. I’m a large man that works with my hands, this is maybe half the sandwich described. No sausage, half the eggs, 3 specks of bacon. Oh and it is cold as the grave.

I avoid fast food restaurants but I had to try the Impossible Whopper. I’m allergic to beef and haven’t eaten a whopper since I was a kid so this was pretty amazing and tasted like what I remember a whopper tasting like but..it wasnt hot, onion rings were cold and mushy so while the impossible whopper was tasty the experience was not as most fast food restaurants do not care to serve quality, hot fresh food.

the staff at this location is almost always very friendly, but tonight i placed a mobile order in app around 7:25pm, arrived at drive thru around 7:50, and waited at the speaker for several minutes while multiple cars (3) pulled into the drive thru lane next to me and were served. i think the speaker or something might have been malfunctioning. after pulling up to the window, i was given my drinks and told to pull forward and my food would be brought out shortly. another 10 or so minutes go by after this point, and i finally get my food and pull off around 8:05. when i opened the order up, my Large Royal Chicken combo that i paid an upcharge to get have-sies instead of fries had a medium fry with exactly four of the smallest, soggiest onion rings (at least i think that’s what they were supposed to be? they kinda just dissolved in my mouth) and the sandwich did not have the ingredient modifications i put in when i ordered it. i reached out to support to request a refund and they said that there’s nothing they can do except give me a $10 coupon for my next order, which i do not want as i most likely will not be visiting any burger king for a while after tonight’s experience. no issue with the demeanor and attitude of staff though, i will say that even though everything else about the experience sucked, the staff was just as friendly, respectful, and polite as ever.
