This location has changed in accuracy and customer service within the last 6yrs. orders rarely correct when u get back to work after sitting in drive thru. This morning i went back because my biscuit did not have eggs as I ordered it was just steak and cheese. 2 time I get back to work and the biscuit has eggs but no cheese and hash brown was soaked in oil (trash) I wasn’t going back a 3rd time but there is a real communication barrier that the customers are paying for. Oh yeah i forgot the room temperature OJ i received. This place is just a no go for me now.

I didn’t have that great I’m Loving it experience that McDonald’s are known for, something as simple as ordering a cup of coffee ☕️ was really hard for them to figure out because I only had cash, so finally after 20 minutes someone figure out that they could ring my coffee ☕️ up on another register. But I can say this the coffee was hot . Maybe they were just having a bad morning it happens sometimes, so I will come back and see if Lightning strikes twice in the say place, and I believe in second chances. To be continued.

Somehow without fail every time I try to order from here they mess up my order , or just dont want to work , was trying to order food this time and I was told by multiple delivery drivers the entire staff is just hanging out in the lobby just eating mcdonald’s , mind you they turned away 3 drivers and this is the first time I’ve ordered delivery took an hour to realize im just not haveing it my way. 10/10 if you want to waste your time go to this restaurant

Speaking about coffee, I think McDonald’s has a great cup of coffee. It’s a good place to start the day off sparkling day with a good breakfast at McDonald’s with a nice hot fresh cup of coffee, fresh pancakes and sausage or egg McMuffins breakfast is always a good meal. Makes people feel good to eat breakfast early in the morning to start the day off right? Great place to bring kids. They always have a small playground that they can interact and have fun while you wait for your food

We came around 2:30am Nov 19th. The service was quick at first. We ordered a small oreos mcflurry and emphasized on FRESH large fries. When we emphasized we wanted *fresh* fries, there was hesitation. The fries we were given fries dunked in oil. They were brown, hard, unbearable to eat refried fries. The service wasn’t even bad but it was obvious they knew they refried our fries as a different person pursumee as the manager appeared to give us our order. It’s McDonalds and we get it. We just wanted fresh fries.

This location will mess up your order every time. The last three times I’ve been, I’ve ordered a number 8 with a medium mocha frap for breakfast. Every single time I have received a biscuit instead of the bagel and had to go back for it. This time I was also given a small frap instead of the medium that I pay extra for.
10/12/25 update: I ordered through Uber Eats and my Uber driver was denied my order because the McDonalds staff gave my order to the wrong driver, due to their lack of confirmation. According to my driver, the staff just called out my name and another person picked it up without any other word exchange. My driver proceeded to call me and have me on speaker phone to explain. The staff did not care and disregarded my driver. She then asked for the manager and was denied on speaking to one. I then had to drive to this location to assist in this completely avoidable situation. Nobody there apologized or even acknowledged their mistake.
Overall, this will be the last time I ever purchase from this location. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and lack communication skills. I understand it’s McDonald’s, but do better.

Not actually 24 hours. Made eye contact with someone inside who didnt do anything to let anyone know they wouldn’t be open for another hour. 50/50 shot whether they’ll be open or not.
If theyre too short staffed to maintain the hours of operation, they need to shut down the delivery/mobile ordering and update their hours.

It was a last minute breakfast choice which I Immediately regretted. One entrance was broken and a couple staff was discussing how to fix it or leave it locked for the duration of my visit. Another staff had they family and a few friends in lobby all loud and visiting. Another older gentleman got upset and confronted me because he thought I was someone he worked with. Then it was the two vagrants panhandling at two doors. Food was as expected, greasy and cold. All of this is why wife and I try to avoid fast-food places. In short as expected and done at your own risk

Horrible service. I door dash here and if my wait is under 30 minutes it is a win. I sometimes wait over an hour for my food and I once waited an hour as all 4 employees in the building where on break at the same time with a line out the door there was no one behind the counter. Also it’s very dirty bathrooms usually wrecked and the seats are sticky as are the table…
