I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I received at one of your restaurants.
Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the quality standards I expect from McDonald’s. The French fries were clearly old and not fresh, with poor texture and taste. In addition, the ice cream was not prepared according to the instructions selected when placing the order, which made it disappointing and incorrect.
This situation was frustrating, as I paid for a properly prepared meal and did not receive what was expected. I usually enjoy McDonald’s products, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing.
I would appreciate your review of this issue and a resolution, such as a refund, replacement, or compensation for the inconvenience.

Service has really fallen down here. Any time I place a pickup order in the app and use drive thru for pickup, I am parked. Maybe not 100% of the time, but 80-90% of the time. One time I asked the lady why I’m being parked (what am I waiting on) and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. And tonight when I went to pick up an order the girl in the drive thru was too busy talking to a co-worker and cussing up a storm to get my order right. They should really police the behavior of their staff at this store.

I usually give great reviews when they’re well deserved I ordered a meal for myself and my son when I pulled up to pick up my food through the drive-thru I received an order that I didn’t order I explained to the woman that the order was wrong. I explained to her what my order was so she had to go back inside McDonald’s. So as we were sitting she comes back to my car and says here’s your order. The order was still wrong! She insisted that was what I ordered I showed her the receipt instead of trying to sympathize with me or offer me some kind words, she still insisted that was my order I took the bag and me and my son left very unhappy, it wasn’t so much about me it was about that I had promised my son all morning we would go there for lunch. kids remember things he had the worst experience watching me have a conversation with this woman that was just irate so buyer beware McDonald’s East golf road, in Arlington heights Illinois you might want to think twice about going there:-(

I ordered a coffee and I wanted to get more food. The lady didn’t wanna serve me or help me out on the drive-through and she just only gave me the coffee and I ask her if I can give another creamer and she only give me halfway in my coffee.

We had a large driveway order and I made a mistake, ordering the wrong number. When I got to the pay window, the lady did a great job of getting everything the way we wanted and on our way.

You people who cry on here how you had to wait 10 mins for food are the reason we are going down as a society. Did you expect your food to make itself? How long would it take you to make FRESH hamburgers and fries at your home? Now divide that by 6 and that’s what McDonalds does all day long. Rich people crying it’s not fast enough. Go to a nice restaurant and lemme know how long it takes to eat there. I mean a real nice one where it’s over $500 per person.

Lady in the drive through very rude and accusatory. I asked for help with locating something on the app and her response was .. not my problem you should have ready. Just rude. Needless to say I left.

Fast service hot food. Very good customer service complimentary and welcoming. I would like to thank the manager and staff for keeping things flowing during these very difficult times. Always a smile at the window always a kind word we can learn a lesson from this McDonald’s. Great job keep it up.
