ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC PERFORMANCE! I ordered the Chicken Parm stuffed shells from their house specialties and was not impressed. There’s nothing special about their “Fireplace specialties”. For $15 you get a total of two shells and the smallest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen after working over 2 years in other restaurants. I had to leave and go find a more suitable place to get food in order to eat enough for dinner. 10/10 would NOT recommend!!

Spontaneous stop on a Sunday night – very glad we didn’t keep driving! Excellent selection of beef, chicken and fish at very affordable prices. Family atmosphere and helpful, attentive staff. Very generous portions. Wish we had had room for dessert!

I wanted to like Fireplace as it is a local establishment with a retro vibe and the service here was great, but the food wasn’t. The menu is WAY to big and all four of us at the table were in agreement with a menu this big there zero chance it can be good
Most of the food was frozen and fried items you really do not want to pay $20 for and the rest was precooked and bland. The steak one of us ordered look decent and was cooked to the correct temperature so that’s a plus I guess.

I couldn’t decide between steak or fish–and then I realized that I could order both as a dish! So I got the Haddock steamed—which I highly esteemed! It was great. I got also a sirloin steak with a side of baked potato and some tasty clam chowder.
I ordered the sirloin medium rare but it was cooked well but that’s OK. And there was a “brief episode” as I was eating the sirloin where I almost wondered if it was liver? Because they do serve “liver & onions” which I also love. But I’ll just still say it was an awesome sirloin 🙂 And as I said earlier, the steamed Haddock was very good. I might try the “red snapper” next time.

Wonderful server who checked in with us often. We got a complementary dish of bread and butter that exceeded my expectations because it included pumpkin bread in it! (yummy). The food had no real faults but I would personally have preferred more salt or something in their meatloaf to up the flavor. Pretty good prices.

This was a pretty terrible experience. Staff was overwhelmed and they kind of ruined our night. The food was mediocre at best. This was our first time here and will probably be our last. We had high hopes for it. The decor hanging everywhere was also filthy. The parking lot was a nightmare.

Wanted this place to be good because of the seafood on the menu. Unfortunately, they don’t have the ability to properly handle and prepare it. It should be removed from the menu altogether so they can focus on what they can prepare and serve expertly.
