I placed a pickup order through DoorDash from Chipotle and paid for the order in advance so it would be ready when I arrived. When I reached the restaurant, the manager informed me that my order had already been picked up, even though the DoorDash app clearly showed that my order was ready for pickup.
When I explained that the app did not allow me to cancel or request a refund because the order status showed “ready,” the manager told me to cancel it anyway. When I said that I could not cancel it through the app and that I had already paid, he said he would give me free food instead.
I respectfully told him that I was not asking for free food, because I had already paid for my order and simply wanted the order I purchased or a proper solution. Finally he gave me my food , but manager spoke to me in a very disrespectful and insulting way, which I found completely unacceptable. as no customer should be treated this way.

The place was very dirty. The guacamole was a little bit dark it looked like a day before guacamole also. They are too busy to clean the tables often so I do not recommend to dine in.

For anyone looking to eat lunch or whatever. Please don’t, especially if you respect yourself. The bowl I had attached below is the epitome of looks can be deceiving. The price of this is a whopping $14 dollars. The chicken burnt to a crisp (and it tastes like absolute crap) And the workers were being incredibly stingy with the rice for some reason!

While eating my salad bowl, I took a bite of PLASTIC. Luckily, I spit it out and avoided choking, but this is dangerous, disgusting, and extremely upsetting. It appears to be the corner of a bag.
We ordered Chipotle in person for take out. I will never eat at Chipotle again and will advise the same to others.

I am unsure why I cannot reply to the review I made but I would greatly appreciate if you can please advise on when I will receive a response. I am not going to let this fall through the cracks. As I stated in my report on the Chipotle website, I am considering reporting this to the Health Department. I look forward to hearing from you.

If I could do 0 I would. I don’t even know what I was thinking ordering from here in the first place. I haven’t had a single good experience in the last 2 years here. They don’t give you extra when you ask for extra and it feels as though the punish you for asking by giving you less than the usual portion size. Also it was like 1/4 cup of beans… for a veggie bowl that was absolutely ridiculous… for a regular bowl that is ridiculous. And also let me not forget to mention the half bell peppers in the fajita mix, just huge chunks of uncooked peppers… gross. And they put so much of the fajitas to cover up the fact they skimped on every other thing outside of the mushy rice. Thanks but no thanks. I won’t let me guard down again. Chipotle on France

I ordered off your app. I am at work and needed lunch. I was very specific with my order in how I wanted it. I asked for light corn salsa, light salsa, light vegetables, NO BEANS, extra lettuce. I paid for delivery and a tip I spent $20 the food delivered to me was a SLOPPY MESS FULL OF BEANS! Nothing I requested to be lightly added was lightly added. I can deal with mistakes as long as you fix it. I called to get a replacement and have a conversation about what’s wrong so the same errors are not made again but you do not answer your phone! Clearly whoever made the order did not bother to read the order in its entirety. So now I’m sitting here hungry and the only form of communication I am offered is to speak to a robot who does NOTHING for me. Then I am forced to chat with your other robot and the solution there was to put a free entree on my app. I’m sorry but that’s not ok! First of all I ordered food because I was hungry now not at a later date. Giving me a free entree on my app is not what I spent $20 on. And given the fact that you choose to not answer incoming calls I can’t trust that my meal will be mad correctly since the same person will most likely make it again. I think it’s very rude to not have a better system in place to correct your mistakes. Why should I pay ANOTHER delivery fee and tip for you to get it wrong again. Honestly it is extremely rude to even expect me to pay another delivery fee for your mistake! I want a refund because at this point this literally feels like I’ve been suckered. Can’t eat the food I paid for and can’t reach the people u trusted to make my order and deliver it. UNACCEPTABLE all the way around!

Ordered online and paid full price only to open my bowl to find it half full without guacamole absolutely terrible. Not the first time I’ve had problems ordering online either a couple of weeks ago no meat came in my order. I will attach my half full bowl that I paid full price for. Very disappointed.

I give this chipotle absolutely ZERO stars!!! I was in the Bloomington area to take my niece out on a lunch date and from the moment we walked in I didn’t have a good feeling. First, the staff were not welcoming. Second, the food did not look fresh. It looked like it was sitting out all day. The steak & chicken was completely burnt. Lastly, my niece found a piece of hair in her bowl after she ate almost half of it. I should have followed my first instinct but we were extremely hungry & on a time crunch. We will NEVER go back to this location!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!

Edit: the store has drastically improved since my last review. Staff is very polite and there is enough staff to help the customers. Have not tried online orders yet, so just bumping up to 4 stars now. Old review: I was greeted with “what” when it was my turn to order, so hot start there. The reviews of late about food quantities is so accurate. Always have to ask for more than a teaspoon of rice and the kids chips came with 6 chips today. Chipotle needs to get it together especially for a company whose stock is trading at $3,100 a share. I don’t think they are hurting in this economy.
