Maybe the manager or owner should inform the employees how the brownie sundae is supposed to look like.
I was literally given half (50 %) of the ice cream shown in the picture below. ( not exaggerating one bit -watch the camera at 10:14pm 3/6/26)

Bought two blizzard cakes one was frost bitten but at least made right. The oreo one was just vanilla ice cream with oreo on top instead of oreo blizzard on the top layer. Dont recommend as they charge extra for the blizzard cakes and its not even made right.

Went on 10:45 pm on April 18, 2025. Cars in parking lot. Employees inside. Hours listed on Google as 11pm. Male leaving building yelled at my car “Go home”. Not sure if it was an employee because it was dark. Due to this person in parking lot I went thru drive thru where no one answered. I saw no sign saying different hours for that day.

Shout out to the employees and exceptional service they provided today to help make a special birthday cake for my newphew!
The employees are helpful and go the extra mile to meet your needs. Great service can make up for where things lack HOWEVER Diary Queen’s burgers and fries are delicious. It can be a tad pricey compared to other fast food joints, but it tastes fresh of the grill.
And of course the blizzards are delicious.

Food was ice cold. Blizzards were like water not mixed. All toppings were still on top. Outside of cups were covered in ice cream. Didn’t get all of our order and didn’t want to fix it. Very disappointed

I stopped by for a sweet treat. I’ve had issues with this location before not getting things right, but I wanted an Oreo blizzard. I wouldn’t exactly call this an OREO blizzard. There were more sprinkles of cookies as I got lower, but not enough to call it that. Sad.

Friendly employees and they actually got our order right, which in rare in SH but DQ should be ashamed of their portion sizes, more specifically their chicken tenders. Not even the size of my palm. 3 tiny little pieces of chicken for $9 is ludicrous. We’ve ate here 3 times, thinking it was just a fluke the first couple of times, but nope. They’re tiny and you def don’t get full when eating here.
