Regretfully, I cannot give a good review for this location based on my last visit. The food was basically in edible, there was only one waitress managing the entire dining area. Crazy I know! When I advised about the food quality the staff did offer another option, but at this point if that was bad I had no confidence in anything else they had to offer. Waited 5-8 mins to be seated upon arrival, so we just stood around looking for someone to assist.

Just moved to Sanford less than a week ago and was excited to see one on my favorite restaurant in the area, well that excitement was short lived. We placed two to go orders on March 6, 26 around 1630. Went to the restaurant to pick up the orders and had to sit there for over 15 mins before I had to ask a waitress to get someone to help me. Finally got the orders and headed home only to get home and half the order was missing. The Mac and cheese that we paid extra for was missing, as well as the “loaded” part of the bake potato….missing, oh and the chocolate sauce for the melted ice cream dessert that sat there for forever and not to mention the food was overly seasoned to the point we couldn’t eat the rice. I called back up to the restaurant 7 times with no answer. I went back up there and waited yet again for someone to emerge, 10 mins passed with no luck. I left and emailed customer service, let’s see how long it takes someone to respond. Just horrible!

From the moment you walk in, there is no clear hostess presence. The layout makes it difficult for staff to see guests entering, so attention to this detail really needs to be a priority. The hostess or manager was leaning at the bar using her phone and did not acknowledge the other guests who came in after us until guests had to call out asking if there was a hostess. If this is the setup, a doorbell or clearer system would help.
Regarding the food, there were only four to five tables total, and about half already had their meals when we arrived. Despite this, it took 45 minutes to prepare two salmon dishes with broccoli and rice. When the food arrived, the salmon was overcooked and very chewy.
The salad bar was also underwhelming compared to other Ruby Tuesday locations we have visited nationwide, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the ladies’ room was out of paper towels, which we had to notify staff about. It could also use a general tidy up, something I hope is noticed during regular checks.

Do not eat here. This was one of the worst dining experiences I ever had. I completely understand being understaffed, and I feel bad for the waitress, but this was awful. There was only one waitress dealing with the whole restaurant. It took nearly 30 minutes (yes 30) to get drinks! The food we ordered took over an hour to come out (1 h, 16 min to be exact) and was inedible. For reference, I ordered my steak medium rare. It came out as a hockey puck. The burger someone in my party ordered also was completely overcooked and inedible. Another steak someone ordered came out with broccoli, which was not even ordered, and was even more overcooked than mine. ALL dishes that came out were barely even room temperature. Clearly, the steaks were sitting out for forever. Mind you, these steaks were over $20.

Multiple people were walking out the entire time, should’ve left when we had the chance. What’s inexcusable was the manager, who did not care about our concerns at all and was also clearly under the influence of *something*. I feel AWFUL for the waitresses here who have to deal with entire sections all by themselves. Ownership needs to get their act together.

Ordered take out tonight… a 6 Oz Ribeye with a baked potato, chicken wings, and the lobster bisque. I paid online when I placed the order. I got to the restaurant and was informed that they were out of lobster bisque. I said that was fine just to take it off my bill. The waitress told me that she couldn’t do that and I had to order something else. I asked for clarification and she said that they do not issue refunds. I was confused but still just ordered the potato soup (which we ended up not eating but one bite because I didnt realize how spicy it was). Got home and realized I was given mashed potatoes with sour cream instead of a baked potato. The steak was horrible. One of the worst ribeyes I have ever had. My husband’s chicken wings were overcooked and inedible. Super disappointed because we’ve been to this locations a few times and had no issues but I doubt we will ever order to go food again from here.

At 7 PM Valentine I ordered the upgraded Valentine dinner special. Curbside! Curbside due to health issue. To be short got our meal at 820 pm. Said it would be ready at 730 but I waited till 745 due to holiday. Called in while in parking space where I could see where the online meals are placed. I was told from the young lady whom answered I will bring it out as soon as it’s ready. At 750 an order was sat on the shelf. At 815 I went inside to find that was my order. No salads as expected. Was given trays to get them .The same young lady said I am refilling the bar. Well it looked like a pack of raccoons was left on it. Almost nothing. I waited as she came out with lettuce for two bowls and disappeared. 10 mins later nothing. I took some lettuce and cheese) grapes and left. For an hour is enough. Only to get home 5 minutes away with cold and steak pink instead of well done. The bake potato were not done. A 75.00 deal I thought was a 75.00 disappointment. This makes a second time like this at this facility. This restaurant is in a prime spot and could do so much better. My wife I really think it’s time to move on to another place. Disappointing to say the least! Contacted Corporate!

Had a great time Out for dinner with my mom and brother. Elizabeth was an amazing server. Even though the weather was a factor, And they seem to be shortstaffed, She was friendly and very helpful, taking our orders and getting our food out to us.

Allison was amazing. She is always smiling and has a great laugh. The manager Elizabeth was very nice when she came over to see how our experience was. I do think that they are working hard to improve the image of Ruby Tuesdays in the communities eyes.

I am a regular here at the sanfor ruby tuesday and I have to say Kaylie the bartender is just amazing! She is always so friendly and quick with the drinks. The food is also delicious. We do need to get the bar beer more stocked up! But Please keep Kaylie she is just amazing person to have with your team!

Ordered Ribeye medium rare, baked potato, and corn. Corn was the best part of the meal. Steak was almost blue-rare. Potato skin was tough and hard to chew. The steak knife serrations are so sharp and deep it tears rather than cuts and it was difficult cutting both the potato skin and the steak. Suggested tip amounts are based on post tax total. Server asked me if I was ready for my check as I was lifting a fork full of food to take a bite and there was still food on my plate. Restaurant was not busy. I believe I understand why.
