I ordered 2 large pies and received 2 medium pies, I also ordered 2 the big New Yorkers and received 2 large. Now I’m always ordering from there and whoever is the manager for tonight, was so DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!!! I done had all sizes of their pizza and he argued me down about what I received is correct. It definitely wasn’t correct. I will be reporting this to CORPORATE because he could have easily apologized and replaced my order for the correct order. I’m so DISAPPOINTED!!! People should not be playing with other people’s money!!!!

There is no Dine-in option. I ordered the pizza well done and it wasn’t. I got a plain hand tossed pizza and a pan pizza with sausage. They made 2 hand tossed. This was a honest mistake this only thing that really bothered me was I told them the name on the order was John and she kept asking if it was Jackson. Like 5 times she asked, I know my name lol. The pizza was a good quality, still better than Dominos or Papa John’s. I do plan to return because the pizza places near me are really bad and they close early. They are open fairly late. They need to spruce up the inside, it’s a little dingy.

It’s December 31st, 2025. We got to the Pizza Hut and go inside. As I enter, 50 people swarm the cashiers and one lady behind the counter is screaming and trying to calm the situation down. After 20 minutes, I get to the front. Some cashier looks at my email receipt and looks in the warming fridges where they keep the pizza. I was one hour late and my order still wasn’t there. Hopeless. I go back to the car, viewing the dominos app. But then I get a hunch, a feeling. Maybe, just maybe they could have it. I go back inside and like an angel from the heavens, the quiet cashier come right to me and hands me my pizzas. What a legend. Five stars for the service. But my pizza was one hour old and cold.

I’m always quite impressed with this Pizza Hut branch. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the foods are always tasty. The pizza I took were absolutely delicious, with a perfect crust that was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was melted to perfection. I also tried their wings which were equally scrumptious, with just the right amount of seasoning.
Overall, it’s a 5/5 for me. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone in the area looking for a delicious pizza.

I ordered 2 large pies on Saturday and I put the wrong address. I contacted the store right away to update the address. I also sent a message to the driver with the updated address. The driver messaged me to confirm the address change then the tracker said that the delivery was returned to the store. I never received any pizza, but they charged me for the pizza anyway. The money was not refunded. I called the store and then I got a call from door dash who says that they are not responsible and that I should talk to the store. This is shameful.

Fine dining experience, loved the veggie pizza and the crust. On time service on online orders as well. Could maintain the place better, however good overall experience. Nice and tidy place to sit with family and friends. Rest you can watch in the posted photos. Enjoy your pizza

I drive past this place every day when I’m going to the train station and the parking lot always seems like it’s empty. So I decided to stop in and order a pizza to check it out the first thing I noticed when I walked in is how barren and tired the inside looked nothing on the walls really dated interior. I was greeted by a happy employee behind the counter who took my order which was a personal pizza with sausage.After 10 minutes I was given a pizza that looked just as sad and tired as the inside of the store. The cheese felt fake and it wasn’t cooked in the middle it was all doughy.

I would rather request Pizza hut to do that audit before giving a franchise to the crooks. This is the second time I ordered 16-piece wings, and I received 14 pieces. The first time, I did not complain, thinking it was a mistake, but this time it happened again. I called them to complain about it, and he hung up on me, saying that we cannot do anything. I would request everyone to recheck their orders, especially for a large quantity of wings, because they are running a scam by giving you an incomplete order. I am also sending this to my attorney to file a legal complaint so that they can learn the lesson.

Left me on hold when trying to confirm my order. Finally got someone on the phone and they said it was too late. They made my stuff incorrectly. I asked if they could remake it and they said more than likely not. I asked for a manager and was placed on another long hold. They then hung up on me and I still received the order without my request. No one ever called to apologize or make it right. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut all together because of this experience.
