Amazing customer service and great energy. The Philly and fries were amazing. Made me think of when I lived in Atlanta. Shout out to the cook for the deliciousness! And it was made to order! They also had Grinch Christmas decorations that were so beautiful! I will be back!

We went to Rylan’s restaurant for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience. The servers were welcoming and friendly.Our server was attentive, helpful and very sweet. The decor is country and really cute! Then came the menu! They had so many different items to choose from and some amazing desserts as well. I ordered a BLT with avocado and the fried chips on the side, my son had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with french fries. They have a lot of different flavors that you can put in their sodas or tea, and we had a sweet tea and a peach sprite. Both were delicious! For dessert we had peach cobbler with some of the best vanilla ice cream on top that I’ve ever had! This place checked all the boxes for delicious food, wonderful service and a great atmosphere. If you’re going to be in Franklin, Kentucky, we definitely recommend Rylan’s.

It was very busy, a/c is out, only 2 waitresses for the whole place. Our waitress was very apologetic that i was taking care of our needs, but I could see she was working her tail off. Food was good. My burger was well done and i ordered it medium rare to medium, but with condiments it was still good and not as dry as it would have been without. We got the big A and it was HUGE.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and will never go there again. I could go into the details but why. It would not change anything about my bad experiences and poor service. Let just say hope they get your order in or the don’t run out of what you order.

Was in town for a wedding and saw this place had some pretty good reviews and wanted to give it a try. Coffee was good, and they actually had cream for the coffee not just half and half. I ordered the country fried steak with scrambled eggs and home fries. The steak was good, and gravy wasn’t bad. The gravy needed some black pepper added to it at the table but overall the steak and gravy was good. I was honestly so surprised that the scrambled eggs were actual eggs and not just the generic liquid eggs you usually see at restaurants. They were cooked well! As for the home fries… Of all the places I’ve eaten, I have never seen home fries cut like potato chips. They were thicker than chips but very similar. They needed salt and pepper or to be covered in gravy. They were super bland on their own. If I were in the area again, I wouldn’t mind visiting this place.

Amazing diner. My expectations were low and I didn’t really want to go. I take everything back. The coffee was delicious and better than any other diner coffee I’ve had. The foods amazing as well as the staff being attentive, nice, and quick.

Rylan’s Restraunt is a great family spot in Franklin. The food is delicious and the restaurant has a great atmosphere, as well as attentive and friendly servers. If you’re from the south or your family is, this food will send you back to your childhood, especially the catfish nuggets and hush puppies. If you aren’t from the south, this is a great way to find out what southern comfort tastes like. Overall, I would highly recommend Rylan’s Restraunt to anyone looking for a bite to eat in Franklin.

Enjoyed the food at Rylan’s. A very home town restaurant with home cooked food. I ordered the meat (roast beef) and 3 (sides), and everything was tasty, although I would have liked a little more crunch in the Strawberry Pretzel Salad. The deep fried pickles were delicious! My husband’s Reuben sandwich was one of the better ones he’s had. Tator tots were not greasy. My second glass was delivered to the table without asking.
