My husband and I drive by here when we go to Costco and decided to check it out. The grilled chicken was really good. We also tried the Rodeo burger which is really good too and the bacon was crispy but the bun did get a little soggy. We will definitely be back. Definitely recommend signing up to the rewards program.

Portillo’s queen creek is subpar. I’ve been eating Portillo’s for many years now. Back in the day they never charged for peppers. Now they want .99 for each sweet and hot peppers to put on a sandwich. I order my usual beef with hot peppers and mozzarella cheese, both up charges and half my sandwich had hot peppers with no mozzarella and half with mozzarella without hot peppers. If you guys are going to charge more, than at least make the sandwich correctly. This experience has really turned me off from Portillo’s as they have been going downhill for a couple years now. I will be looking for other places that care about the items they produce.

My first visit to Portillo’s. Let me start by saying the restaurant is new and in immaculate condition. The cashier taking my order was very friendly and professional. That’s where it ended. At the pick up counter the order status board was not working and when your number is called, it’s very difficult to understand the muffled voice. Watching one of the employees munching on french fries was absolutely gross. When I got my order, Jumbo Chicago Dog with everything looked fine. Then I tasted it. A soggy hot dog bun and a tasteless wiener was quite a letdown. The pickle spear was delicious, that was about it. I will definitely not be coming back

Portillo’s is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Best atmosphere, best crew, and when made right the best food. However, this Portillo’s does not make the food the way that it’s made in Chicago. Unless you know what to request you’re not getting the full experience. I assume that is because people in Arizona don’t understand that the bread needs to be sopping in gravy. That’s the Chicago way!

Welcome to my review. I am a Godly Man and Navy Veteran who loves great food and service. I give a fair review and my view of the experience. This is only one side and my experience. Your experience maybe different, so share it.
This place was great! I use the kiosk to order most of the time and this place got my order out at a good time and perfect. Wet sandwich was spot in perfect!
Come by and visit here layout is a little different from others and I like the way they did it. Oh before I forget, the fries were perfectly crispy

Loved coming to this location! Not as crazy crowded as the other locations. I didn’t care for their relish it’s kinda tangy. Loved the chocolate cake and sweet tea!!

The food here is actually really good, much better than 99% of fast food places. I suppose its probably in the fast-casual category even. Anyways, I cannot in good conscience give this more than 3 stars because the prices are actually criminal. I almost want to give it 2 stars but feel it might be unfair because the service and food is great. Everything is wildly overpriced but what stood out to me as so laughably and comically overpriced is the Italian Sausage Sandwich. Everybody knows that this particular type of sandwich COMES WITH PEPPERS. Peppers are a core ingredient. Not counting the bread, it’s literally a 2 ingredient sandwich, sausage and peppers (and often onions which is a whole other issue but i digress.) They’re charging $7 for a roll with a sausage in it….It’s not even a large sausage either. Here the part that gets me. Not only does it not by default come with peppers for the already overpriced rate of $7, but they want you to pay an extra $2 for peppers. HUH??? The peppers that go on this sandwich are genuinely worth probably less than 10 cents. Sorry man but after tax we’re looking at $10 for a sausage and pepper roll. It’s robbery. They do the exact same thing with the Italian Beef sandwich. Again, everybody knows that peppers are already supposed to go on this sandwich. As a matter of fact, both the Italian Beef and Italian Sausage Sandwiches have peppers on them in the photos…because thats how it’s supposed to come. I really don’t understand this level of greed, especially when the baseline prices are already exorbitant. Again, I could go on and on, everything on the menu is priced outrageously but I feel like theres no argument against what I’m saying with these items. You can’t seriously be charging 30% of the total cost of the base item for an ingredient that is already supposed to be on said item.
