I just left Wendy’s on a Saturday night at 9pm and all the good looks like it was sitting. It’s barely warm. The bread on the burgers was stale, the fries weee cold the chili looked like dog food. I’m not crying about the $17 but I would’ve been pissed if I spent my last.

This place needs to be shut down. They can’t even do simple task properly. Paid for large meal fries came with enough for a medium the fries were cold on top of that. Paid for a large drink, they gave me a medium .

Never again, I found that plastic thing in my salad, the fries are cold, employees with bad attitude, serving foods without gloves.. . Long wait time. Please don’t go there. I will definitely report them to the department of health. They need to be shut down.

by far the worst wendy’s experience ever. i will never go back and the staff that was working on sunday 4.16 between 2pm and 2.30 i would fire them all. i hope they check their cameras and see what the staff is doing. the manager was the worst of them all go figure !!! look at my asiago chicken sandwich are you kidding me????? this cant be the recipe ???? discussed

Absolutely terrible experience. The place was a mess from the moment we walked in. There were homeless people sitting at tables, clearly not eating—just loitering. While we were trying to order, a man came in offering free hand soap samples to everyone, walking from table to table like it was a flea market.
The food came out half-prepared—cold fries, missing items, and overall just sloppy. To make it worse, the soda fountain was out of every drink. No signs, no apologies, just empty buttons and angry customers.
The staff didn’t seem to care about anything happening around them. No professionalism, no urgency, no sense of service. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Never coming back.

Literally every time I come get my food is trash. My fries are cold and tastes like old soggy fries. My spicy chicken sandwich is ALWAYS burnt to the point I literally broke a bracket off my braces. The drive thur line is alway long and takes forever but I understand because you guys are low In staff but AT LEAST LET THE FOOD BE SOME WHAT EDIBLE! LORDY JESUS!

This location is very dirty, the tables were not clean, they were out of napkins, and most soda options in the soda machine were out. I asked for mayonnaise with my burger and they were out.
