Food was the worst tasting experience ever today. Chicken tenders were so hard, you could smell that burnt grease smell. French fries were the same way but we’re cold. Order the chili it had good flavor but they was big chunks of hamburger meat in it like they threw an actual hamburger in it without cutting it up good enough. Never eating here again

Why are the people at this store so rushy & hatful? Trying to order lunch and they basically rush you through ordering you can’t even finish a sentence without being interrupted before you finish your selection of a combo meal. I understand it is lunch time and people need to get back to the office but damn they practically throw your order at you and shut the window if you god forbid ask for any sauces you get the major attitude and lecture about telling them at the speaker next time

I now understand why the employees here are rude and unprofessional they just follow their managers lead, they are the rudest bunch of people I have ever come across. Simply asking for a few extra packs of ketchup will send the big boss Into a frenzy as she is scolding you for not being exact in the number of packs you wanted when you ordered and apparently it ruins her entire day. These managers need to put a smile on their face even if they are faking it or find a different career where you aren’t dealing with people

Service was a bit bland. Didn’t seem very happy or guest oriented. The restaurant however is well maintained, clean , and modern. There’s a hidden Easter Egg!! A little friendly guest that is hidden and happy to make your acquaintance. Good atmosphere. The drink station is clean and the Coke tastes good.

The Wendy’s by 3l Walmart is great actually Wendy’s in Latonia are really great as well The staff there are friendly and helpful The drive-thru the guy on drive-thru at the 301 in fort wright is amazing The you have some really great deals the food is hot fresh delicious they have an $8 junior you get two junior cheeseburgers a fry and a drink for $8 you can’t beat it just every time I go there it’s a pleasurable and the food is hot I recommend it highly and that they have the best deals and definitely worth it

Best location, most miserable Wendey’s. Kept repeating the order through the drive through window. Order came missing fries. Arrived home to find there is no straws. Annnd Wendey’s, is it wise to sell Ranch?

Night shift is extremely slow and have no sense of urgency when fulfilling drive thru orders. They’re very inefficient and lack a proper process to address wave of orders. I’ve have to go around three times to get my order.

Went through the drive thru and the staff doesn’t speak to you and acts like you aren’t even there. Ordered a double baconator, got home and there is literally 2 small thin bacon strips on it. I have a picture but can’t seem to be able to add it to this review
