I never rate things 5 stars unless they’re fantastic. I just ordered this tonight on Uber Eats and I was astounded, at the neatness in preparation of the burritos in here from this location. They were commercial quality. It screamed restaurant and Not drive thru and as a 40yo female who loved Taco Bell since high school, I feel like I was transported back in time to 1999-2001 eating the food picked up from here. Good job! Well played. Worth driving from anywhere in southeast Michigan to get food during the 9:00 shift here. It just restored my faith in humanity for today.

Had to wait over an hour in the drive thru for a $25 order. Not even gonna go to this one anymore it’s always a long wait but tonight was ridiculous. I’ll go to one farther just to not waste my time and gas sitting in a drive thru for that long ever again. When I asked what the wait was about I got pure attitude from the lady who answered. They’re very kind , attentive , considerate , they always have something nice to say to me and are very polite I feel like they go over and beyond here at this location even though it may not always seem that way for me they are and do and it shows to me in the food and the great service I am always provided for here , thank you Taco Bell staff here I appreciate you !

We Waited 40 minutes. Found out there was no manager till 30 minutes in the wait. “sorry for the wait” seriously. How hard is it to do this? This is a repeat thing. We stopped going for a while. Then we tried to give it another try. Went well that day. So we thought they had new management. We went back today. Only to be disappointed. We won’t be going back to this place again.

Waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes (before getting to the kiosk) with only one car ahead of me. When I got to the kiosk, the employees were talking with an open mic to each other. I said “excuse me” and “hello” multiple times with no response. I waited approximately 10 additional minutes at the kiosk with no interaction. Two customers left behind me before I finally gave up and left as well. When I drove by the drive-through window the employees were inside talking to each other.

All good with my orders the last two times besides them filling my cinnamon twists bag with 3/4 cinnamon sugar then actual twists. I enjoy it to an extent, but not when its filled half way to the top with sugar.

Cooking while wearing dirty clothes, touching phones with gloves on, not washing hands before cooking, not washing hands when coming back from restroom, long finger nails poking through gloves, smoking vapes inside close to food. Owner had on gloves picked up sauce package from floor and through it back inside the box with all the clean sauce package.

The AI drive through completely got my order wrong and when I got to the window, the middle aged black woman spoke to me like she was my mother in a condescending tone blaming me for it.
Her attitude was terrible during the entire transaction as if she hates her job. I didn’t bother to check our order at the window and risk any more of her rath. When we got home, the order was still wrong. I’ll never return to this location.

the employess were screaming and cussing out customers on the driveway and inside the store. It seems store management can’t hire professional and or keep staff that are actually productive. Horrible services overall
