The heavy set manager on the window had an attitude and when I brought the issue of my problem to her she ignored me and told me to have a better day . Why is she even the manager ? I’ve worked in fast food and I have my certification in food safety and was a manager before as well her customer service get 0 stars . How can you resolve a problem if you won’t listen to a customer , regardless of if they are wrong or not the customer is always right . I feel because she’s an heavier set woman she can intimidate people . But I wasn’t satisfied at all . I told her that was my second time through the drive through I stopped at the intercom to order another chicken biscuit that I wasn’t charged for and they asked me more than three times what I wanted and was that all I wanted I said yes she didn’t give me a total so I drove around . The manager was looking at me weird talking about do you need to place an order I told her I already did . That’s why I don’t even like Humboldt . All of the restaurants out here are trash just as much at the attitudes are . Learn to respect yourself so you can respect others . God bless and you have a better day . Also my initial order number was 1327 and when I came back to purchase the one single chicken and biscuit my ticket number was 1341 check your data bases . I don’t have to lie

Food was not hot. French fries are always my favorite food at McDonald’s, they were cold and not crispy as they usually are. Burger wasn’t hot either, but warm. I managed to eat the burger.

STAY AWAY from this cesspit. They reuse cups, napkins, and God knows what else. This leaking, used, and crusty cup was used to serve my girlfriend coffee. When the manager was confronted about it all she had to say was “Yeah, that happens.” The health department needs to step in and shut this place down!
