The food is nice, but the customer service rubbed me the wrong way today. I ordered a couple of different things today and some extra sauces packets because sometimes I need something quick and easy to eat for when my sugar levels go low. If I feel that I am low then I will indulge in one so that I don’t get dizzy or pass out. I overheard the tall older worker saying that people order too many sauces and that they should start charging them when they order past three. I was hoping he wasn’t talking about me because I had a reason to get extra sauces and that’s to just watch out for my sugar levels throughout work. Usually, I just take a honey packet to help with that but today I just got the grape jam. I don’t feel comfortable coming back in here so it was nice while it lasted, but that rubbed me the wrong way. I knew it was about me because right after he said that he approached with my order. I didn’t even know that what I got came with salsa too but oh well… more sauce. Sorry for getting too many sauces when I was just trying to look out for myself later on today.

edit: i did get three honey roasted bbq for my hashbrowns and bowl. then two grape jam packets for my sugar. again, didn’t pay attention to the salsa part but nonetheless, it was disappointing to hear that

Twas a dark and rainy night. Cashiers were out taking back up orders to help ease the steady flow of customers in the drive thru and we were lucky enough to get Courtney. She actually had a hand menu to appease my wife and son! Amazing. Love that she was so prepared for those people like my family.

I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A but I’ve also never been to this location. Our order was missing two things and we got the wrong salad. It took me a while to get someone’s attention even though there was about 15 employees behind the counter. Then I had to order two more chicken strips for my son and waited 15 mins before going back up to ask where they were. We also had to wipe down our own tables. Definitely service I would expect elsewhere but not Chick-fil-A!

I ordered a chick fil a snadwich with no pickles and he reads it back to me that way, but when I got home with my food, my sandwich had pickles (making it inedible to me). The service was great as always, and this is the first time this location has had a mistake like this w me. 12/2/2025 I ordered the same thing as I ordered yesterday. Regular Chick-fil-A sandwich and a bowl of chicken tortilla. Today was so much better. The sandwich was perfectly cooked not overdone the soup was hot and tasted like it was supposed to. On December 1 chicken was overcooked and the soup was cold and it did not have much spice flavor.

I used the fast food delivery service Uber, when I received it, the food was still intact, the seal was intact, however my son, after opening the seal, completely exclaimed: “Mom, someone has eat my food”, chicken nugget, strips, was bitten by someone and left teeth marks. I called them, they know how to please customers, they are willing to send me back the same food, upon confirmation from Uber, but waiting for confirmation from uber delivery takes more than a few hours. Later. We decided not to eat that food anymore, left it and got our money back the next day.

Hate the way they do the drive thru. Sorry I haven’t memorized your menu. if you come up to my window you better have it in hand or imma keep driving also you have a menu and speaker system you dont use. The shrink-flation is so bad here and they don’t even use the good chicken they used 2 years ago. Maybe my sandwich wouldn’t be 3 more dollars if you didnt have 12 people taking orders and 3 people in the kitchen. Ridiculous honestly
