She kept blaming door dash and was sooooo rude to me on the phone. I couldn’t explain what the problem was. She was snippy, rude and had no care at all her pizza SUCKED! Will never order again from there and will NEVER walk in those doors again. Sad because we had a wedding rehearsal, a wake and many dinners there. They lost money and customers today! I didn’t want a refund, I wanted her to just recognize the product wasn’t eatable.
My husband and I frequently go to the Washington location of Napoli, but decided to try the one in Bridgeville for a change.
People seemed to like it as it is very crowded. There is a small dining area, a room that resembles a sports bar with tables and then a room off to the side that must be for larger types of parties.
We were seated in the dining section of the bar area. Personally, I think that this restaurant is a mishmash of things. When you walk in, you have what looks like Italian art above the host stand. That gave us a little bit of an indication that maybe it was going to be similar to the Washington location. Then we were seated and it felt like we were at a sports bar and grill, which really did not give the vibe that we wanted. The server wiped off our table and left it extremely wet. It very loud. The servers were more busy with what was going on in the bar area than to tend to our table as much as we would’ve hoped. Even getting a refill on drinks seemed to be a chore.
The food was good, I will say that. I didn’t have any complaints on the food. Napoli is known for having good food and I think at either location, they do their job. I just wish that the atmosphere was more of one type of restaurant instead of a few, and the servers were more around.
Again, the food is still very good no matter which one you go to. Personally, I think I will stick with the Washington location where it gives a more cozy and homelike feel and the servers treat you like family.

I absolutely love their calamari! It’s not too salty and not too thin—just the right balance. Such a great combination, and probably one of the best I’ve had.
My partner didn’t love his pizza, but that’s more of a personal preference—he prefers a softer dough and this one had a crustier texture. But he did enjoy the chicken tenders instead!
All in all, we’d definitely come back. It’s a comfortable spot for a family meal, and I’m already craving that calamari again!
While there we realized they do trays of food to go. We took advantage of this for our family’s Christmas eve dinner. We ordered the penne with red sauce, baked Ziti and green beans with almonds. The food was great and my family was very happy with dinner and we fed a family of 20 for a reasonable price with food left over.
We loved Napoli at their old location for the food. For the past few years, we’ve been going to their outlet in Washington and have been very happy there. This time, we were able to visit this new location and were looking forward to it.
The building is nice and clean. It’s laid out somewhat oddly with a smallish dining area and a big bar plus another large room that appears to be reserved for big parties. Since there were six of us, we were seated in the dining room.
The meal started out good with a nice appetizer of the fried zucchini planks. They were lightly coated and not greasy and the supplied marinara was tasty. It surprised us that the side salads came to our table before the appetizer, but we chalked that up to a mistake on the server’s part. The salads were nothing special.
Unfortunately, the entrees were uniformly disappointing. The cod was crusted in Corn meal. While this made it crunchy, the lemon sauce was absorbed completely into the rice and so it was like eating two separate items that happened to be on one plate. The bigger disappointment was the chicken marsala. There was some sort of sauce on the pasta, but we could detect only the faintest hint of marsala flavor in this very soupy broth. The chicken and the mushrooms were just cooked, but apparently separately since they did not absorb any flavor at all.
Prices are reasonable, but our expectations are for much better quality meals. The service was really nice and the waitress was great. It’s a shame that her skills were kind of wasted on the food we received.
Menu is multiple pages long, which is acceptable when you’re serving varieties of pastas I suppose, but spreading yourself thin as a restaurant means you lessen the quality with which each dish can be presented.
The food was tasty, eggplant was prepared well, but spaghetti was a bit gummy/overcooked. Wedding soup was good. I believe it had chicken in addition to the traditional meatballs in it. Dessert was suggested by our server, but we were all too stuffed from dinner to partake.
We had excellent service, refills on water and sodas without asking, a check in or two from our server, and plates bussed as we ate.
