A few weeks ago I posted on a facebook group looking for beef ribs around Jacksonville, and the owner reached out and told me they have it if I was ever in stark. We finally decided to make the drive and I am so glad we did!
The beef ribs were absolutely delicious! Tender, juicy, and flavorful. When paired with the spicy BBQ sauce it was divine. We also got the three meat combo with turkey, brisket and St. Louis ribs, and I think this was the best turkey I have ever had. Don’t skip the Mac n cheese either. Having moved here from Texas it was challenging to find good, reasonably priced BBQ but G’s certainly delivered.
Big shout out to Shelby and Wes for outstanding service. We would love to see G’s expanding to Jacksonville but we will definitely be returning for more!

Food was !! Best bbq I’ve had in a long time. I got there right after they opened. Service was great. I’m pretty sure that was the owner that came to check on me a couple of times. Not sure when I’ll ever be in Starke Florida again but if I ever am I’m definitely going to G’s bbq

Had lunch at G’s slow cooked bbq and it was so delicious! Love the restaurant decor very bbq chic! I had the smoked turkey with fries and beans and everything was cooked perfectly! We have had to go before but this was our first time eating in. Service was excellent and the food cooking staff was amazing because our food was cooked quickly but perfectly. Great bbq restaurant and highly recommend for eat in or take out! Oh and our servers made sure we knew G’s serves breakfast!!

So glad this place is not close to where I live because I would weigh 300 pounds. Get the barbecuterie tray which has all the apps and meats you need for only $22. The three sauces were very good.

I got the fried pickles, and the chick manget. The pickles were good, plentiful, i would just prefer an option for some spice. I ended up using their mustard bbq sauce to elevate it. The chick magnet was crunchy and hot temperature wise. Fantastic overall sandwich

First time at G’s BBQ, it was okay. The meats were tender and tasty, but the sides were pretty lackluster. The sweet tater tots with cinnamon though? YUM!!

Delicious, delicious, delicious, did I mention delicious? New location for the owner of Gs BbQ ,Gary. Service is fast, food is great, the salad is huge, brisket and turkey are moist. Limited seating because the space is not the largest but they clean tables quickly and your wait should be short.

Phenomenal little spot! If you’ve never tried southern street corn—DO IT!!! The trio dip was yummy too. Their barbecue was smoked and had great flavor without it having an overpowering smoke taste. Courtney severed our large group with no errors on our order. Food was out fast and fresh.

I tell EVERYONE about G’s! Only been coming since y’all were on Blending Blvd and I never went to another BBQ afterward. I’ve had every meat on the menu. I’m only in town for a few weeks now and I’ve already been to G’s twice. I came today to try that Brisket Smash Burger. The brisket is a religious experience in itself. I actually called my mom this evening and told her if she were any closer, I would slap her, the food is THAT good.
