This is the best Cane’s in the New Orleans region and easily one of the best fast food restaurants in the state simply because of the staff! This was the second time I’ve been here, and both times, the staff was extremely welcoming, polite, and helpful. They even came to our table a couple times to see if we were enjoying our food and ask if they could get us anything! I’ll go back here anytime over any other fast food establishment in the area and over most of the table service restaurants.
A big thank you to the young ladies and gentlemen who made our visits great today, Sunday 2/25/26 around 2pm. Hopefully, your management sees this and rewards y’all properly! It is much deserved!

First time ever trying as where I was originally from didn’t have Raising Cane’s. Adam, who seemed like the manager, was great at explaining the concept, the taste of everything and what to expect. Unfortunately I don’t do spicy but the chicken fingers with just honey mustard were great. As promised by Adam, they tasted tender, real and not processed and fresh off the farm! It is very simple food as I felt 5yrs old again ordering off of a kids menu but for the price these days and what you get it’s a good meal. The dining room had a great atmosphere and was SO CLEAN! Thank you! Service was top notch! Food came out, I swear, in less than 30 seconds after starting to walk to a seat. Thanks for a first great experience!

My bf if from New Orleans and I’m from Jacksonville we have zaxbys and he’s always telling me about canes so I had to see for myself, the restaurant was so cool with all the pics everywhere my kids loved it and the chicken was good and the service was friendly and fast! I do see myself going there in the future

The guys were nice but they didn’t have a cup holder and I struggled to carry 4 drinks and food by myself. Also, they accidentally left my coleslaw out of my meal – which ruined it for me because it gives my meal balance. I passed my food over to the kids and went to bed.

They are so stingy with ketchup/hot sauce packets. Like if I order a caniac combo I should ATLEAST get 2 ketchup packets and I asked for hot sauce they only gave me one pack.. what ima do with that?

Came on the recommendation of a co-worker who said that this place is better than Popeye’s, and they weren’t wrong. The Cane sauce is delicious, the crinkle cut fries are cooked perfectly, and unlike every Popeye’s I’ve eaten at this place makes a priority of keeping their dining room clean at all times. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for good food on the quick.

It’s a raising canes the chicken can be iffy at times from so wet the breading doesn’t stay on to crispy for been on the line for too long cold to to hot to eat but it is what it is. I’m still going to it after a long day
