This is one of if not the nicest Panera I’ve been in 3 states.
Evening the place was pretty dirty though. The kitchen staff both visits were very nice. Placed orders thru app only.
Still wish they would change how they make “grilled cheese sandwiches. Absolutely NOT grilled, barely toasted at all, sandwich was cold and we picked it up immediately. They should not advertise grilled anything.
I do like how you can Customize Many Menu items. Salads are still the fave. Miss the warm bowls though still.

Tried this location for the first time. This has to be one of the biggest Panera’s I’ve ever been to. Plenty of places to park with designated reserved handicap parking right next to the entrance. It was very clean and there was plenty of seating of all types.
We were greeted by Haley with a bright personality. She was very helpful with helping us choose what to get and we ended up spending more than intended. So much temptation lol. Everything looked so good. The bathrooms were clean and spacious.
Although pricey, this particular location makes it worth it. Good food, great customer service and a very clean establishment. Easily 5 stars!

Shay is awesome! She’s super friendly and made sure I didn’t forget my drink. The team is moving really quickly as I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. Glad this location is right by my house cuz the crew keeps me coming back

Would not recommend this location at all. I ordered a bagel online and went to pick it up in store and even though there were several employees working in the kitchen it still took forever just to get my bagel. I even had to ask an employee how much longer it would take and they hadn’t even started working on my order. After she gave me my bagel, I asked for cream cheese and the manager on duty had an attitude and said “cream cheese is an extra $1.60. Normally, I wouldn’t have had an issue paying for it, but since I had waited so long for my bagel I told him I didn’t feel like I should have to pay for the cream cheese because of the wait. He reluctantly gave it to me. All in all I will not be retuning to this location, they need to be under new management.

Don’t bother going to the front to order. Your best chance is to order from the kiosk. The staff there ignored the customer. You will not only pay high prices but also receive disgraceful service.

First time at this Panera and last! I ordered egg, bacon and cheese on a brioche bun. The place was not busy at all-around 9 am. The staff didn’t seem friendly or helpful. The sandwich took a long time to make. I got my order finally and left. At the stoplight I opened the pkg. My sandwich was steaming hot, cheese melted, bacon crispy and then realized I got cibatta bread. I turned around and told the store they had given me the wrong bread. The girl quickly made a new one, like 15/20 seconds and handed it to me. She did apologize for the mistake. I opened the pkg and started to eat it- one bite and I threw it away. Sandwich wasn’t even hot! Egg not even lukewarm. Cheese grossly congealed. Bun was very greasy. Bacon not fully cooked and gross. What a waste of money. Pictures are from the 1st sandwich. I didn’t eat it as I lost my appetite and reheating it would make overcooked and unappetizing.

I think you need more professional staff. I was having a wonderful day until I went to pick up a takeout order I placed, and the employee named TJ treated us terribly. He made a mistake and entered the order as dine-in, even though I had proof that it was for takeout. Instead of fixing the mistake and packing the food, he just left it on the counter with the worst attitude! This is the first time I’ve received such bad treatment at one of their locations, and I’ve been a customer for over 15 years! I hope they can reprimand this person so he works with a better attitude! The problem isn’t whether I submitted the order or if he made a mistake, but rather his bad attitude and the rudeness of leaving us talking to ourselves.

Placed an order in the drive thru for a bread bowl and they gave me a cup. I went inside the manager said they were out… Did not attempt to correct the order and was extremely rude. I will never go back to this location.
