Ordered breakfast for my fam and received a croissant that was molded on the bottom smfh. Been living here a lil over 3 years, have NEVER had a smooth trip here. Either the service is terrible or they’ve missed Something in my order. They’re ALWAYS out of regular coke, but somehow offer cherry coke… Today is likely the LAST Time. This is WORSE Wendy’s in PG. That’s saying ALOT

Don’t know what possessed me to stop for breakfast at Wendy, if for some reason I eat fast food breakfast it typically at McDonald’s but today I tried baconator croissant wedges and decaffeinated coffee. The were out decaffeinated coffee so I opted for orange juice which took meal from $7.39 to $9. Was it worth it, not when you can get a biggie bag with bacon cheeseburger, fries, nuggets and small drink for $6. The wedges were ok, but not hot, sandwiches was warm but nothing special a breakfast meal that I’m not likely to repeat……ever.

Very clean inside and out. Great customer service and our food was fresh and satisfying. Impressed with how clean the dining area is kept and ample free parking.

The artsy pieces made the experience even more enjoyable.

The store claims to be open 24/7
I get here and the lights are on & the menu sign is on but nobody answers. I spend 20 minutes waiting and trying to get their attention if anybody is there. Knock on the door & window, honk the horn, calling them on the phone… Nothing…

Then, just as I was giving up they finally wake up or whatever! YAY!

Oh, wait; nevermind…
She tells they can’t make what I ordered because they’ve switched to breakfast menu…

OK, I’ll have breakfast!
Except I can’t order from the breakfast menu for over an hour (at 6am).
But they’re open 24/7?!

What’s the point of being open of you’re not actually willing to serve ANYTHING???

And I drove a ways to get here…

Totally PATHETIC!
And the lady was kind of rude, as if I was bothering HER!
This is your job lady! You’re getting paid (and apparently sleeping on the clock!
And you’re irritated with me?!?

I won’t make the mistake of coming HERE again!

Consistently get orders wrong, the latest order was missing 2 items , wrong on 1 item, and also had specific ingredients that were allergens for my family. Dry food that may have been kept in a heater too long, I also clocked the pickup window at 22 minutes from order to having the food in my hand. Employees joking and filling their own drink orders while a manager barks at them (in a light blue shirt and headset) and they laugh. No thanks, Wendys, you have officially fallen below McDonald’s and Burger Kings for quality and service. This is the new standard unfortunately.

Disgusting a fruit fly came out my bag only one order of my nuggets received no sauces in bag I ordered a small chilli and received a large watery juicy mess I didn’t eat it was tossed in garbage I tried to eat the only thing wrapped which was the sandwich upon biting it the bread was hard and stale and meat was like cardboard it just didn’t taste right so I spat it out they were out of cold brew so I received a orange soda which I didn’t drink worse of all was the bug that flew out the bag this establishment is disgusting all the employees should be fired to send out food this way they clearly don’t care I was finally issued a full refund as I didn’t get to eat anything!!! This place should be shut down sorry not sorry!!! Totally grossed out EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!

It’s 9:43 pm the sign says it closes at 10 for the dinning room…. I placed an order for carry out to avoid the drive thru line since I was on break and they had closed early… like if the dinning room closes early the signage needs to be updated ….And on top of that the fries were stale and my coworker got sick because the sandwich wasn’t cooked all the way….. honestly never again…. At least not at this location

visiting the area and decided to try wendy’s.
pulled up and ate several cars in the parking lot with its occupants eating in the cars.
didn’t pay much mind to that and went in to order.
Immediately realised why they ordered via drive thru and ate in their cars.

the staff are friendly though and the interior of the joint is pretty clean.

we had a kids meal and a burger and fries combo.
food was fast and provided the calories needed.

lots of parking with the option of drive thru as mentioned above.

Definitely have mixed emotions about this place . Seems like this Wendy’s is a hit / or miss depending on when you go . I ordered both the Ceasar chicken salad and the taco salad for my coworker . Both salads were surprisingly good . The salads were premade .
I placed the order via the drive thru . All I can say is rat the service was blah. The lady at the drive through time was having a difficult time hearin and when I wanted to make a changes to my order she gave me a slight attitude .

Did the drive thru service, and when I placed my order, I was the only person who was there as a customer. Quick to take the order, but ridiculously slow to fill the order. I only ordered two small Chillies and a small Frosty. It was a good six to eight minutes to get the chilli, and of course I was handed the Frosty as soon as I pulled up to the window. It wasn’t as if any part of my order hadn’t already been prepared. Just put it in the container and get the customer on their way. Simple as that.
