What a delightful Italian restaurant in Orléans! We were greeted (in English) by Paul who happily engaged us in conversation and adjusted our pizza request without question, much appreciated! The pizza was delicious and filling! We will definitely visit again if we find ourselves in Orléans.

We had take away pizza at Canotto, the pizza was made so thin that the whole filling fell out. Also the whole pizza was burnt on the bottom. Had to throw half the pizza away. Not acceptable for this price. One extra star for the friendly staff.

I always judge a place by how well they do the most basic pizza I love — if you can’t get that right, you’re not worth my time. But here? Nailed it. Absolutely coming back soon. Oh, and the staff? Super lovely.

Delicious and good looking pizza .
Place is very cozy and neatly decorated and the staff makes arrangements to suit your needs. Definitely recommend visiting. Making a Reservation is recommended to avoid disappointment.

It was definitely an improvement compared to the italian restaurant that was there before.
Prices are correct, and portions descent.
They had a good selection of mocktail, which was nice!
Service was efficient and polite.

Worst carbonara I’ve ever eaten, it tasted like store bought mac and cheese in the worst way. Also, it was cold! even though it arrived 40 minutes after ordering!
The entrée arrived 30 minutes after we ordered as well – isn’t the whole point of an entrée is for it to be fast?
Although the worst thing about the restaurant was the service. We’ve had to basically chase after waiters to see us and attend our table. Halfway into the meal a staff member spilled a jug of water on my phone. I understand accidents happen but he did not even apologize!
Average quality pizza and entrées that are not worth the long wait. Low quality pasta, especially given that it’s an Italian restaurant. Mediocre ambiance and very, very bad service. Would not recommend, not worth the price at all!

Small Italian Restaurant that does get very crowded for dinner time. We’ve had pizza, salads , tiramisu and wine. The pizza dough is very soft in the middle which seems to be their style but wasn’t our favorite. The salad came with a nice dressing. Tiramisu was okay. The waiters were very busy but super nice and relaxed. We had a very nice evening.
