I was starving and needed something fast and simple. It was fast, and food was actually good. Both burgers and fries tasted good and were fresh. There is plenty of parking here. Only reason I dropped the star is that place itself needs some refreshing. It has great location and big windows to watch the street and enjoy the foods, so owner should use it.

Asked for cheese to be added on my burger and they put nacho cheese on it. I asked the cashier why did they put nacho cheese on my burger she responded and said they were put of American cheese. The employees did not communicate that to me. Poor service.

I ordered over $20 worth of food and I got the new mozzarella chicken sandwich with no mozzarella on it. We waited over 20 minutes so I assumed the fries would be fresh they weren’t and I called no answer I don’t know if it’s just due to short staffing, but it was just a horrible experience.

The air conditioner was not working. Only three people working during 4th of July festivities. Maybe some employees didn’t show up so unfortunately the service was extremely slow. Waited in line for 20 min and only three people were served. Left without ordering. Maybe better next time.

Service used to be good but the last few times I have made an order they have made the order wrong or didn’t even cook/fry it fully. Today I got raw potatoes mixed in with fries, spicy and normal nuggets mixed together when I only ordered normal, 1 fry when I ordered 2 fries, and a chicken sandwich which wasn’t part of my order. It took them 25 minutes to make 2 biggie bags. They cross contaminate food and they can’t get an order correct even if it is a mobile order.

New girl at the drivethrough window with the beautiful briads was so nice, took our order quickly, spoke clearly and food was hot a ready very quickly. Plus some wendys chili is thin and watery. Not here. It was how chili is supposed to be. This is a food location.
