At this particular wendy’s, they are as fast as McDonald’s. Every time I ate their the food’s been great. And I love their frosties also I just bought one of the deals where I get a free Frosty every time I go. For $3 you get frosty’s from now on free if you make a purchase, that’s a win for me. I got to say I don’t like all the Wendy’s show me my do some of them I don’t but this one I do. They’ve been doing good business now for several years.

This particular visit we went thru the drive-thru and there was no warm greeting the person sounded like her job was the last place she wanted to be. The whole time while taking my order she kept saying “is that it” or she would cut me off. I asked her about the ingredients on a certain burger and she sighed into the speaker and then told me what I needed to know like if I was annoying her. Then once we got to the window the food was not fresh nor hot and the drinks seemed to be very watered down. I have been to this location several times and this was the first time the service was this super bad. Not sure what’s going on with this location but just be sure to check your food carefully.

I typically like this location but tonight was not ideal, my hair color is red I know this is not mine there was black hairs all up in my burger someone there needs to wear hair net or at least be up to par on proper hygiene when it comes to food handling

0/10 Service. Ordered a kids meal with a unsweetened tea. They gave us a sweet tea and refused to change it. Also didn’t even give us any fries for the kids meals. I also ordered a plain burger with no cheese and they gave me a burger with everything on it. Also while getting the taken through the drive through they person on the headset kept ignoring us and doing her own thing. If you want to be able to get a full meal with good customer service I recomend another restaurant near by. The night shift workers are not very friendly.

I have visited this Wendy’s for lunch a few times because it is near my workplace. The food at this Wendy’s has consistently been mediocre and falls short of their usual standards. However, on this occasion, I purchased something for both my colleague and me. Man, was I really ashamed! To begin with, the drive-thru system was out of order. I was told that if I wanted to place an order, I needed to do it indoors. I am aware that technology can sometimes fail, so I am not upset about it. Especially as I had to step out of my car during this 105-degree Texas heat. I got a Baconator for myself and an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club for her. While almost done with her meal, she let out a scream when she felt something puncture her gums. After removing the object from her mouth, she realized it looked like a sharp bone. Upon closer examination, it was determined to be a pointed plastic item. As previously mentioned, I felt extremely ashamed and apologized to her. Will I be ordering from this establishment again? I don’t think so.

They got a few things wrong, like tea was supposed to be unsweetened (or this might be the tea machine is broken) but is was sweet (both times) and asked for a plain and dry burger (so just burger and bun nothing else) but added cheese, the food was atleast decent, I think their fries was the best.

I used the app. Got spectacularly tasty food. Super hot and fresh. However,my order was incorrect. Hottest fries I’ve ever got. Took minutes to cool.
Alright I’m changing it to 4 out of 5.

They need more sauce in the takis burger I tasted none of it nor did my dad hope next time they add a good amount instead of forgetting or adding so little you couldn’t taste it. My dad said it was missing some sauce or a topping and I agreed it was fairly dry.
