Snow storm, lots of people looking for fast food to ensure they eat if power outages happen from the poor weather happening. 8 at night and only 1 woman (great and hard worker at that) was running the ENTIRE franchise and all her alone but she did amazing. Shame on yall leaving her to run shift by herself during blizzard, but idk her name just know when she worked since I had gotten food that night and watched her take all the roles she had to serve me my order and also in timely manner even though it was only her working- SHE DESERVES A RAISE

if i could give this place negative stars i would. their customers who sit inside after school hours (middle schoolers) are SO rude and will mock you if you stop in to get food then when you let the workers know they instantly get rude and turn the situation around on you and do nothing about it. not to mention their bathrooms are disgusting and so are the managers attitudes. place needs shut down.

Frequently go to this location because it’s closer than the Amelia location, been over a dozen times and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you every single time…something is forgotten. Kids drink, food, sauces, you name it they’ll forget it. If you want to actually recieve what you pay for, and not get skimped or undercooked food, I’d suggest another location. This is not the location I EVER recommend, even if it’s out of the way to get something else. This is one of those “wish I could leave less than one stars” because nothing is ever made right, and god forbid you ask to recieve your receipt! Because they won’t give you it unless you ask them. Every time I’ve asked for unsweet tea as a type one diabetic, it’s always extremely suspicious tasting or very off, or they’ll just give you sweet tea! If it wasn’t for the state of the economy and people having no other option, they would not still be in business. Anything that they did wrong hurts their feelings when you confront them about it and try to get it corrected as well! Going to be reaching out to corporate to push things further after making this review as I’ve let it slide SO many times writing it off as their busy or understaffed trying to be understanding.

Doors were locked before 10:30 (even tho sign says 11). Burger made sloppy and wrong. Fries were cold and hard. Terrible service had to wait 5 minutes at the first window cause no one was there and the window was wide open. Worst McDonald’s in the area. I can go to Mount Orab for better service and food.

Not the best but not the worse mcdonalds. It gets crazy during peak hours. Inside was kind of dirty but food was good. Had to go back up to counter after they forgot my drinks and sauce but not a horrible experience.

I will personally never eat McDonald’s again. Other places have kids meals for my kids and can get it right at least most of the time. The last 5 times I’ve been to McDonald’s they have been rude and got the order wrong. Today my son’s happy meal was missing his fries and my chicken sandwich looked like this. McDonald’s used to be great, now it’s full of very ruse, careless, and disrespectful people who want to get ride with you for bring in your wrong order cause you paid for it and want it corrected like you’re the problem. I’m not the kind of person to get mad and make a big deal about things just give me what I paid for. But these people should get away with being unprofessional, rolling their eyes, dirty looks ect when they messed up.. no on corrects them.. where’s the management? Do they not see this? It’s disturbing.

Nothing wrong with the restaurant or employees the mobile app wouldn’t let my bank card pay for my meal so I lost out on my daily deal but the restaurant is fast good service

Beware! if drive thru for food, order what you want and they seem to give you what they got cold. Ordering a drink thru thru it is 50/50 you may get what you ordered/most time not! When picking up order you can see they do most drinks and/or food ahead then cant figure out who they belong to. Remember you may be 5th in line but ur food is sitting there getting cold waiting for those in front of you to check out. They will almost never have large orders pull up to wait. Still most go thru drive thru because getting waited on inside is horrible…they focus more on drive thru then those eating there.
Sometimes they also hold back taking orders till cars clear before new orders. Thier clock starts when they take ur order so it benefits them to hold back or slow order process.
This place is. clean in and out but is great need of direction.
