On my visit, the service was extremely poor. While the drive-thru was moving, the inside service was nonexistent. It seemed the drive-thru employees were tasked with making all orders, while the manager and another employee were focused on chatting with their friend at a table. I kept wondering, if they’d get up from the table and help the growing inside line.

Went to the Hancock drive Taco Bell and they said they couldn’t “take two orders in the drive thru” went to this Taco Bell and the lovely woman named Camry in the drive thru was able to do it for us no problem! Amazing staff who can take more than one order at a time. They’re very competent unlike the Hancock drive location. COME TO THIS ONE INSTEAD

Took over 25 minutes in the drive through to get a single item. They kept handing bags of food to the cars in front of us and we could see them handing them back. They just had everyone sit in line waiting instead of having that car pull forward while remaking whatever was wrong with their food. By the time I got to the window they just handed me the food with no apology or acknowledgement of the wait. My order was correct, but they did not give me any napkins and the food was not hot anymore.

Back door left open loads of trash on the ground. But what’s probably the worse part is the INCREDIBLY long drive thru line. Are you understaffed? Is there new people back there? I just see employees talking in the back near the trash. Ive been sitting in the line for over 20 minutes. I hope my food is piping hot.

everytime i come here, i place a mobile order at least 10 minutes before hand, it does not matter if im the only one if the drive thru, i have to wait 20-40 minutes every single time. i have waited over an hour and a half one here recently for two tacos and a dr pepper. the staff isn’t completely rude, i will say they don’t have too many problems with messing up the food or making it terribly, but they take so. fricking. long. ever.single. time. does not matter if there’s a car pile up in the driver thru, or no one in the drive thru. u will be waiting atleast 30 minutes. and probably have to come back after they put sour cream after u asked for none on ur food again. and again. and again. but hey i’m just a consumer so what would ik.

Went to this place super late, Brandy was super awesome. made us smile, did good job with food. And she deserves a raise so much. I doubt she is getting paid what she deserve for working at a fast food restaurant. someone needs to promote her rn or some new business will come in and swoop her up.
