I wanted to share feedback from my recent visit. The lobby was in extremely poor condition. Trash bins were overflowing, chairs were pushed out, and the floor was covered with napkins, crumbs, cheese, lettuce, and sauce packets throughout the dining area. It appeared the lobby had not been checked or cleaned for quite some time.

There were nine employees working in the back, yet there was zero acknowledgment of customers in the lobby. No greeting, no eye contact, no recognition. After waiting without assistance, we ended up ordering from the kiosk because no one seemed available or interested in helping front counter guests.

Food preparation took an unusually long time despite us being the only guests inside. While drive through and pickup orders may have been a factor, the visible staffing level suggested capacity to manage both.

Additionally, the lobby AC seemed to be running, it’s February in southeast Idaho, making the space uncomfortably cold. We ultimately chose to eat in our car, where it was warmer and cleaner.

My son and I stopped in just to grab something quick to eat on a road trip, I was having difficulties with the self-service menu kiosk the manager was there right away to help me out I told him I felt stupid he pretty quickly made me feel better. While we were waiting an employee came by and asked us if we order drinks I told him no but he offered us some anyhow that’s very kind of him. our order did not take long at all but the manager made sure to tell us that order is coming right up. The manager and the crew was very helpful very kind and very professional. This was February 2nd around 4:00 p.m..

I wanted to leave a review because there are so many negative reviews on here. This TacoBell is fantastic! Me and my friend go here sometimes before work and it’s so much better than the one Rexburg. (Do not go to that one, it sucks). The food is great but what’s really special is the customer service. It’s fast. We order thru the app and pull up in the drive-thru. It’s like a 5 minute operation. The lady that works the drive thru is super nice and lets us pick up two mobile orders which a lot of places don’t do.

Also two weeks ago Mya Buchin left a poor review for this place because they didn’t have the immediate needs to break her 100 dollar bill for her 20 dollar meal. Anyways Mya if you see this, you’re the problem. I can’t say all the negative reviews are poor customers but that one definitely is. TacoBell is meant to provide you with delicious affordable fast food not exchanging currency.

Also big fan for 7 dollar cravings box with the crunch wrap supreme. Recommend if you are looking for a good amount of food for a good price. (Sorry already ate most of my food before taking pics)

genuinely the worst customer service ive had in some time. pulled up to a completely empty drive thru and asked if i could pay on two separate cards for two different meals. the worker said an adamant no, so when i asked for clarification, she repeated herself in total annoyance. if i had to pull around twice in a totally empty drive thru to conform to policy, i really wouldn’t have minded. instead, the worker was incredibly rude and lazy. i was more than polite, and after expressing she could cancel my order because i was going to take my business elsewhere, she said “perfect”.

came in for delivery orders twice, about an hour apart and its a mess. the employees are stressed out and it doesnt seem like theres good management going on at all. It took them 5-10 minutes to even acknowledge me standing at the counter and when i was finally asked what order i had the first time, they told the woman it was on the second screen and she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. at least give an ETA? im not paid hourly, yall should understand why we have short tempers. Im not one to be a karen or complain unless things are THAT BAD. the lobby was an absolute mess the first time i came in and the second time? still a mess if not worse. the trash was overflowing, food on tables and underneath basically every table. I saw one woman slowly walking back and forth, standing looking absolutely lost, rewiping the same counter to look busy? she could have at least cleaned the lobby OR the BOH floors for her teammates while they slave away making the food, if shes got time to lean. Ive managed a fast-casual restaurant before and im baffled at the lack of efficiency here. i left a chair pulled out the first time i came in, and surprisingly it was still in the exact position i had left it… someone needs to figure out whats not happening here. the 4-5 people i saw actually working were doing fantastic and the shift lead was doing good himself and seems overworked. yall gotta help this night crew out. 🙂

We went to grab a bean and cheese burrito and some loaded chicken tacos. The burrito only had beans, nothing else. The tacos were missing some of the items they listed. No one was at the register to take orders, but with 7 people working, you would think someone would take care of the people in line. No ice, so you had to get melted ice with a cup that everyone has touched. I guess I will scratch them off my list for a quick bite. We thought we would give them another try. Again, there was no one at the register, and we waited almost 5 minutes. The tables were dirty. When we did get our order, 2 different items on our order were missing. We wanted to try the Cinnabon Delights. You could taste the oil. I don’t think it had been changed in a while.
8/1/23-We stopped in for taco Tuesday. We wanted to try the new chicken avocado tacos. We should have known it would not work out. They did they don’t have it at that location. Why is it on the kiosk if you don’t offer it? We ended up getting the regular soft tacos, but asked guff we could at least have the avocado ranch that is for the new chicken tacos. They gave us a cup of it and it was very good. We ordered the Cinnabon bites. They were really good. As in the past, the ice wasn’t working at the soda machine, so they had to put the ice in your cup. The tables were clean and the person at the register was really nice. Based on this experience, I added 2 more stars.
