Such a cute, charming spot in the Strip District. The tofu and pork belly spring rolls were, amazing flavor and texture, perfect for sharing. I had the beef eye pho and it was SO good… and even better as leftovers. 10/10 recommend checking out this pho spot.

One of my favorite places for Pho. Not fancy in any respect but a very comfortable place and excellent value. Pho is always flavorful rich, aromatic broth with perfectly cooked noodles and fresh herbs. Portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. Staff are friendly and quick. Highly recommend for a casual, comfortable meal, Pho Van is a must-visit.

Stopped by Pho Van this evening and was immediately drawn in by the sign advertising their pork bun special. I’m glad I gave it a try because the pork buns were absolutely delicious. The peanuts added an extra layer of flavor and texture that really made the dish stand out. The service was just as impressive. Khin was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back to Pho Van for more amazing meals

First visit, and loved it – from the shrimp fresh rolls with peanut sauce to the spicy beef soup and the chicken Pho (“extra non-spicy”), work fresh bean sprouts, jalapeno slices, and basil on the side. Their fresh limeade was refreshing, when on a cold, snowy day. Highly recommend!

Tasted like watered down cinnamon basil soup. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for authentic vietnamese Pho. The spring rolls were great but Pho was a big letdown. I honestly had high hopes because of the great reviews on google. Learned my lesson and never going to a place that wasn’t recommended by my fellow viet people.

They serve a varied menu from appetizers to desserts. The shop also other various goods for purchase (bowls, chop sticks, cultural souvenirs). I had the fried shrimp rolls. Petite, crunchy and flavorful. It was served with an savory dipping sauce. Just right for a light snack. My lunch companion had the Fresh shrimp Spring Rolls. 3 large firm shrimp and vegetables wrapped in delicate rice paper. Very good. Serves with a thick delicious peanut sauce.
