I ordered a pesto cup , Panera Bread prices are so expensive, they only filled up half up the cup. Outrageous. The bathrooms was dirty in this place. The prices arr not clear and should be labeled with the final price for the pick two. It’s so confusing.

I’ve always had good service there. The food tastes consistently good. There is a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. Occasionally they run out of drinks (usually my fault) or specific ingredients. The lunch rush can be a bit of a wait so order on their app if in a hurry. And the morning music across all Panera is the same and AWFUL.

As I continue my noble, possibly unnecessary, but deeply personal quest to visit every Panera Bread in the USA, this particular outpost has earned itself a special place in the Panera Hall of Fame (which currently exists only in my head, but still).

I popped in around 9am, that sacred hour where breakfast and lunch awkwardly overlap and coffee is not optional but essential for survival. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a lovely chap behind the counter who made me feel less like a customer and more like a long-lost friend who had finally found his way home… to Panera.

Ordering was a breeze thanks to the iPads—no pressure, no queues, no judgement for hovering over the menu far longer than necessary. The self-serve coffee station was a dream: piping hot, rich, and strong enough to gently remind me that yes, I am indeed awake now.

Food-wise, I went for the Bacon Double Take sandwich, because if you’re going to start your day, you may as well do it boldly. It was well cooked and very tasty. The bacon was slightly on the crispy side—borderline auditioning for a supporting role as bacon bits—but honestly, I’m not going to lose sleep over it. I’ve made peace. We’ve moved on.

One thing I really appreciated was the tipping setup. It didn’t feel awkward, pushy, or like I was being emotionally blackmailed by a screen asking me to tip before I’d even tasted the food (a refreshing change from many places these days). I don’t love tipping ahead of the game—but on this experience alone, I’ll happily tip on my next visit.

The seating area was spacious, clean, and tidy, which is always appreciated—no mystery crumbs, no abandoned mugs, and no need to play “is this table actually clean or just convincingly so?”

All in all, a cracking visit and another successful stop on my Panera pilgrimage. Well done, Panera Bread Miami Dadeland—you’ve raised the bar for the rest of the tour.

All the workers are always very attentive and always welcoming. We love having breakfast here 3-4 times a week . Gaby the manager is wonderful . She’s always on top of everything really great example of what a manager should be !

I called after I noticed a fraudulent charge on my card. It was unfortunately during a busy evening time, so the Sunday manager didn’t have time to help with this. Was told they would call back. I did call the next day. Another manager for the morning shift named Victoria was presumably busy since it’s getting toward Christmas. Victoria still took the time to refund that purchase. I even got a call later that day, so the evening manager may have attempted to call while I wasn’t available. Anyway, they even helped me when I wasn’t a customer. Great team! Thanks again, Victoria!!

20 minutes for half a sandwich and Mac. The manager prioritized everyone’s meal except mine because it was to go. She was to busy a scouling her employees. There was one order before mine, an Uber order and a dine in after mine. Everyone got their food before my order was even place in the oven. Not good. Coming from a food service industry I would not run a kitchen that way.

This is the third time I order from this location for takeout and this is the third time that Uber Eats has to give me a full refund. They always gave me the wrong sandwich and did not send a soup that I ordered. I called the “manager” and she showed no remorse for the situation. If Panera cannot get a simple soup and sandwich right, they’re helpless. Will not order from this location again.

The Panera here is a great location to grab lunch if your in a rush. They are very fast and efficient. The food is delicious and at a great price. I recommend the “pick two” with the Baja Bowl and the French Onio Soup. They validate parking here also so that is a plus!

Not going back there again ! The flat breads were supposed to have chicken , and also a Cesar salad and none of them had chicken added to them . Also the chipotle sauce was missing . So it was like eating flat bread with a couple tomatoes and a little bit of sauce . Paid $44.00 for a meal for 3 that wasn’t worth half of that . The service was also sloppy , when I got there they pointed to the pickup area for my order when it was at the main counter and I had to ask the main counter food prepared if that was my order after standing there for about 5 minutes . There seemed to be an overall result of employees that don’t really care about what they are providing . So we are not eating from here ever again . And perhaps the other Paneras near by ……so long Panera’s . I see this place closing down not too far from now with this kind of quality and service

False Advertising.
I paid $5.79 for a bowl because that’s what I see in the photo and the reality is that u get a very small container with water and flavor instead of yogurt.
See the pictures to compare advertising against reality. You can’t even see the strawberries.
Be aware so like me u don’t spend $5.79 for a container of water and nuts.
When I received my order I thought I got the wrong order, when you see the photos u will understand why.

Food businesses need to stop promoting fake things.
