They made no attempt to assist me when the McDonald’s at would not work correctly.
Had a problem with the app, it gave me a code and then when I hit the back button the code was no longer accessible. I made no purchase within the time frame.
This essentially made the code invalid, or unaccessible.
The person at the window told me to come back in 15 minutes.
The workers at McDonald’s made no attempt to correct the price for me using the coupon terms.
Instead just standing at the window telling me to move around. That I was inconveniencing then…
This is really bad customer service, the African guy handling the situation only spoke a few words of English…

Apparently the real manager came walking to the window from the front. He recognized the problem and quickly offered a solution. Correcting the price to the coupon amount.
I was so frustrated by the time that I got to the pickup window, when he handed my food to me, I was thankful to the second window employee. I didn’t even realize that the manager had made my meal free.
I would have gladly paid the $3 at the coupon price.
But this is really taken as a nice gesture, for inconveniencing, and causing me so much frustration.
I think the manager did a great job this morning of diffusing a difficult situation caused by non-english speaking employees, and a poorly programmed App.
The manager embodies what customer service should be like. He did not need to make that meal free, I would have been happy with the agreed terms from the app.
But he want to step beyond, and it definitely changed my attitude towards the establishment this morning.
For the McDonald’s software/app designer.
Please do better. Your app is causing frustration and complications to people who rely on the rewards and deals.
It’s a really big problem, and McDonald’s should do better about fixing the app.

this is one of the worst McDonald’s locations in the city, every single time i go there after midnight without fail they are closed. this is very frustrating because I work night shift and it’s one of the only places open except its never open. it always says open 24/7 on the app and the app accepts your order and your money. not to mention you then have to wait a week for a refund. unacceptable. this is false advertisement. either be open 24 hours a day or do not advertise that you’re open and accept orders if you’re closed. i frequent mcdonalds and this is the only location i ever have problems with. i seldomly write reviews but this location has done me wrong one too many times. if you do actually manage to catch them at a time they are open expect to get cold food or the wrong order. will no longer visit this location at any hours of the day and will take my business elsewhere i suggest any one reading this do the same.

Ordered through app, never received the food, was charged. Provided screenshot of receipt, drive through order code, and order number, all at correct location. They refused to make the order and said we’d have to contact corporate to get a refund? They weren’t rude but it was $5 worth of food with nothing but proof of it being paid for? Make the food?

Took our grandson there today. Asked for a 4 piece happy meal for him plus our order. They gave him 4 chicken nuggets nothing else. My husband asked them about fries and a toy and they were anything but nice. Rudest people I’ve ever seen. Won’t be back.

I came in through the North entrance door and there was an electric scooter sitting right inside the restaurant entryway. I tripped over this scooter on my way to the restroom. My back was twisted and now as I am trying to get relief from the pain. McDonalds managers you can do better than this. I could have been hurt really bad. I am a senior citizen and this is not safe for any age!!!!

Fries were cold. Bun was hard. Took back to the counter. Lady was not so friendly, made a face and then spoke in a different language and walked away. Poor customer service. Poor food quality

ordered ahead on the mobile app, only to learn that they’re out of almost every beverage on the menu. pulled up to the drive thru only to learn that “theyre not doing drive thru right now”. go inside into the chaos that is this store and wait 15 more mins for drinks. get everything home and my wife’s “hot tea” is just a cup of water. the most asinine restaurant i’ve been to in years, would steer clear until they have some staff turnover.

Honestly very disappointed, it’s 12:25am and there was barely anyone at the drive through and they still missed up my order! I paid for McCrisby and McCrisby delux and I got 2 cheese burger!!! And they even almost forgot to give me my extra sauce that I paid for and I had to ask for it!! Very disappointed from McDonalds customer service would absolutely not go there again !!!

If I could give no stars I would. This particular location never gives the right food in the drive through, never greets instead has an attitude at the window or simply says nothing while handing you you the wrong order then slamming the window shut and walking away! That’s breakfast however for lunch you can expect to be handed the wrong order by some one who likely doesn’t speak English or tells you to drive around the building to wait for who knows what? Sometimes there’s no one behind you when they do this also good luck getting fresh fries neatly made sandwiches or meat that isn’t dried out from a hot lamp! This is the only review I’ve ever left in my life. Read this and think I’m being unfair or exaggerating if you like but eat their at your own peril!!!
