I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a simple ice cream cone, but the service took far too long for such an easy item. When it finally came out, the employee handed me the cone inside a cup. When I asked why, I was told, “the machine is runny,” with no apology or explanation. If the machine isn’t working properly, customers should be informed before ordering. Overall, poor service and lack of communication made this a frustrating visit.

An employee by the name of Jenny assist me and she was patient, delightful and willing to meet her goal as leaving a positive experience on me. I ordered food online from Uber to pick up. I ordered 22 minutes in advance I got to this location the food wasn’t ready. It was a Big Mac meal that was it. They were not busy so I asked a girl hey how long on the food and she goes don’t start with me. So you have a girl that’s sitting there arguing with me because I asked how long it would take. I put that girl in her place really quick. Rude disrespectful in every aspect. I will never come back to this location ever again

I just ordered a quarter pounder with very specific requests that they met very well. The fries also came out perfectly salted. I see some reviews about people having issues with quality control but whoever they had in the kitchen on Oct 24 at 2PM…. thank you for doing a great job!

TLDR: McDonald’s needs decide if the computers or the people are in charge.
The food is generally of comparable quality to other McDonald’s. The atmosphere as well.
They need to decide if the computers are in charge or they are, though. I pulled up to order, saw the lunch menu, and proceded to give my order only to be told they were not serving lunch until 11 am. That was in 10 mins, so I asked why is the lunch menu was up if it wasn’t time. How was I to order breakfast if I could not see the options and prices. Different McDonald’s can vary greatly in their prices.
They said the computer controlled the menu. Last time, I checked the computer still do what people tell them. Somebody over there needs to get the situation sorted out.

At this point just close it down. I order from this facility weekly and there’s an issue every single time I order. The amount of money that I’ve invested for food that most of the time isn’t even the right temperature is disappointing. The fries are always cold and without any salt, the burgers are extremely greasy and soggy. The frappes always come without a straw. They make you pay for a sauce you do not receive, the attention to detail when preparing customers orders is definitely something that they lack. It’s gotten to the point that I’ve actually felt sick after eating from here. I don’t believe that any quality control is being done on the food that is being given to customers. I’m done I’m tired of this, I’ll just start buying from a different location. McDonald’s you are playing with peoples food and money and enough is enough.

Ordered icecream through app few minutes ago. No car at drive through. No one responded, after few honk, lady rudely said, i have to wait. Few minute later she came back and took my code. She said her machine is broken and cant do icecream and rudely asked me to cancel order. Behaviour totaly unacceptable!!
