0 stars. Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt as I live in this area however, the food is less than desirable. The burgers are cold and nuggets are stale. Ordered a double with bacon and received a single patty with no bacon and appears to be old. Avoid this location at all cost.

I went through the drive thru between 8-8:45 AM on 8/21/2025 ordering two orders of the 2 for $3 breakfast options. By the way wasn’t given a receipt so I don’t know my order number. I ordered a sausage biscuit and seasoned potatoes and a sausage with cheese English muffin and seasoned potatoes. I was given an English muffin with egg and cheese, this is a problem as I am allergic to egg. I bought this for myself and a coworker, don’t have the time this morning to run back so I tried to call let them know the mess up and ask for either a refund or replacement I could pick up at another time, but they didn’t answer the phone. I have been here multiple times in the morning at this hour and it has never been busy, this morning was no different. No reason a single person couldn’t answer the phone and no reason you should confuse sausage and egg. Be more responsible! FOOD ALLERGIES EXIST! Lazy and incompetent! Can’t get an order right or answer a phone, customer service doesn’t exist here. Now I have no breakfast and am out $3 because these people can’t do a job they were hired to do.

I ordered through drive thru. They did not ask me my order at the speaker, even though they took the person’s order in front of me. When I got to the window I asked if they knew I was trying to order. The girl at the window was very rude and asked, “oh are you trying to order something, what do you want?” I gave her my order. When she gave me my drink, I asked for a straw, and this seemed to irritate her. A guy worker came to ask her something and she said something back in a rude tone and he walked off shaking his head. I had to pull up and wait for my food even though I am the only car here. It has been 10 minutes, still waiting and another car just pulled up to the window.
I did not think I’ll come back to this location. I loved the friendly service and it has gone downhill.
Now another car. Still waiting. Oh, I ordered a #1 no cheese, nothing special.
Got my food, I said thank you and the girl just walked off, not even a grin.
We all have our bad days, I get it. But come on now.
It’s sloppy. I wish I could show you a picture of my bag, I kid you not, it has grease all over it!

I visited this location for lunch today! The employee that took my order tried to take my phone over to the drive thru window for payment when I ordered inside the restaurant at the front. So let me get this straight your establishment takes Apple Pay etc. when I told her no she could not take my phone being it needs a facial id to pay she proceeded to tell me then I need my card. What kind of bs is that. Why would you not have a cash register open for the in restaurant guest. I told her I didn’t want the food since I can’t pay with my allowed and accepted form of payment. I won’t be coming back here this I know!

Order the fries, bacon Nader, the bacon it was not even on pieces was dry cold. The fries are stiff. Seems like frozen. The cheese was not that melted. Really disappointed of my lunch for work. i’m eating even holding the fries with my two fingers and the whole fries just come together

This location is literally the worst overall to me, I have never had a solid experience. I vow each time to never go back, but this time I am so for real. The food is hard and horrible. I have to be honest, the area deserves better food and better customer service. Bye Wendy’s on Katy Ford Bend Rd.

This wendy’s has really gone downhill this year, it was my go to on the way home from work but they keep messing up my orders. This time and my last time going at this point, the lady at the drive through had a language barrier issue and did not understand anything I ordered. At first she kept putting “late night meal detail” in as my order on the screen when I kept saying Son of the Baconator, it was 12:30 pm. I kept asking for the baconator and she kept correcting me that it’s 2 cheeseburgers. I was finally asked to drive to the window where I repeated my order two more times and it was still gotten wrong. I asked for 2 Son of Baconators one with only mayo and one the way it came. She repeated my order back to me verbatim. So I thought she finally got it. What I got was two junior cheeseburgers, both with extra, extra ketchup, so much ketchup you couldn’t see any thing on the burger and it was oozing out the sides of the sandwich. She didn’t give me a receipt which I now know was probably intentional.So I couldn’t return it.

Horrible ! I just went to the drive through and in ordered spicy nuggets and they gave me regular nuggets my husband went inside and told them and they made him pay for another order of nuggets because they said we had ordered the regular nuggets when I even said it twice in the drive thru because the girl didn’t listen well. I find it very dishonest and unpleasant visit also they didn’t even give us our fries we had to go back inside to ask for our fries ! Very unhappy with this visit !

Salted but cold fries in a half full container.
Tried to visit this place again and it was worse than previously. My bacon cheeseburger was cold with no cheese or bacon or any included condiments. I used the app to order ahead and they still got the order wrong, the shake machine was down too. If I could rate – stars it wouldn’t encompass how horrible this location is. Go to Mason road folks. This is down the street from me and I’d rather go downtown to avoid this disappointment

11-21 @11:50 am, Stood at counter just for manager to tell me to wait. He then took 5 orders through the drive through and filled all the orders while myself and another were still standing at the counter. I left and went elsewhere. Horrible customer service/ time management.
