Let me say, we are New Yorkers that have recently retired and found this fantastic Diner!!! The interior is adorable with cute decor and the food is fresh, hot and scrumptious! It’s a must try and our go to Diner.

Lots of brekkie options, and even if you wanted something from the lunch menu, chances are they’ll get it for you. Service is prompt and courteous. The daily specials are quite cool too — she ordered one of them and I went for a philly steak sandwich …good stuff, and the drip coffee is nice too (we had decaf).

The Philly cheese steak was meaty but bread was flat should have been done in a hoagie. The gyro meat was very dry and only had 4 very thin slices was disappointed with the food. Nice atmosphere liked the sayings they have on the wall and the recognition to the military will not be returning.

I’m so happy we have a diner in the area! It’s a comfy spot with all the classic comfort foods you’d expect, and the prices are definitely reasonable. Great place to relax, eat, and enjoy a good meal without breaking the bank. They just recently changed their hours and are open later on certain days!

We tried this location after having it recommended by so many people. Our 1st impression: a country style dining room that feels like a mom and pop restaurant. It’s quite welcoming and didn’t seem very loud, even at a busy time of the day. My wife ordered a mushroom omelette. It was a bit bland, but a good size omelette. The sides were quite good. I had the steak and eggs with breakfast potatoes. The eggs and potatoes were very good. The steak was ordered medium rare but was delivered as well done. The steak lacked seasoning but I have had much worst from restaurants that claim to be steak restaurants. For a diner, it was okay. Overall, I would say that the atmosphere and service made up for the lack luster food. We will likely give it another try, as I feel like we had our standards quite high, with all the positive reviews.
