Usually when I come in to this particular store, my experience is great. The employees are all really helpful, and today was no exception. However, the manager today made me never wanna come back to this Wendy’s for as long as I live. I placed an order using the official Wendy’s app and paid using my rewards for most of the purchase. Because their system was down, they didn’t receive the order. That’s alright, technology messes up a lot of times I get it. But how are you not gonna honor my order and give me what’s I’ve already paid for just because it didn’t appear in the system and I showed the receipt and app history to multiple employees showing when I placed the order and what store the order was for. And after 20 minutes of the manager not even acknowledging me, she tells me all she can do is give me a biggie bag worth less than what my order would cost. I was so pissed at that point I just took it because I was done dealing with the situation.

Just ordered a late dinner in drive through. I ordered a spicy chicken and single with cheese combos. Everything was fine except the spicy chicken. It was EXTREMELY HARD, can’t even bite. Very disappointed.if it wasn’t cold i would return

I was pleasantly surprised. I generally do not like Wendy’s and the food here was amazing. Best burger I have had in a while. The Cinnabon was the main reason I tried this place, but it is a deal and very good food. I used the app, my food was prepared extremely quickly, the staff was helpful and polite. They assisted us with refills as their machine was being updated. Fries hit! The Pineapple Mango Lemonade was carbonated and really very good.

I’m a 60 year old woman and I stopped by this Wendy’s w my husband for lunch and to use the rest room. The line was kind of long, maybe 5 people ahead of us, so I asked the female front casier worker if I could please have code to restroom? She rudely said not unless you order food. I said my husband’s right there in line to order lunch, can I please have restroom code? She again rudely said NOT TILL HES ORDERED! I could not believe it! Then it seemed she was purposely being slow and didn’t even take my husband’s order when it was our turn bc she was slow mo putting together drive through orders! They had several workers, not short staffed at all and when she finally took his order, I asked can I please get the bathroom code, we’re traveling and I really need to use the rest room, to which she rudely replied and said HOLD ON, I HAVE TO TAKE YOU BACK THERE! REALLY??? My husband & I were so upset bc l have bladder issues and really needed to use the bathroom and it literally hurts to hold it too long! It’s called Interstitial Cystitis! I even have a card that says please allow this person to use rest room asap due to IC. She wouldn’t even come to the counter to look at it! We will never ever go here again! Idk why she couldn’t have told me from the get the code bc my husband was in line. She’s a very skinny African American woman and corporate should teach her all about customer service!!

Overall I think this is a pretty decent Wendy’s it’s just been hit or miss with me with some of my orders. It’s never the food quality, they just run out of stock on certain items.

First thing was lots of employees standing around and more worried about there smoke breaks than helping customers. It took 5 minutes just to be able to give my order than I stopped there staring at my food while employees where walking by it when finally what looked to be a manager laughed and asked if anyone was going to bag my food and give it me, someone did just that and then everyone went back to doing nothing. Worst service I have ever gotten. Management needs to take a look at how this location is being run.
