Loved this hike, jus plan better then we did to be out before dark. My kids managed the whole hike and were so excited about the falls. There are alot of areas that were strenuous. I saw one family bringing a wagon, not that type of nature walk, but a hike.

I went yesterday. All I ordered was a slaw dog and a milkshake. They gave me a plan hotdog with mustard. I drove back around and he gave me the same hotdog. Finally, they got it correct.
I stayed polite.
I am not sure what happened, but I have been sick every since.
Also, their food and shake presentation is always bad. They give you your shake with the cup dirty. Im over it. Shake running all down the cup.
I won’t be back anytime soon.
Good customer service still matters.

went to cookout today with big dreams and high hopes of getting two delicious floats. pulling into the drive-thru, arriving at the intercom i was perplexed by the screaming employee that was taking our order over the intercom. i specifically asked for the floats to only have a little ice cream. i get to the front window and realized i had two cups full of ice cream and a dash of coke on top. i politely asked them to remake it but i believe she just got the floats back and gave us the same ones. she had the nastiest attitude for no reason with very poor customer service.

The food was generally disappointing. The only positive aspect was that the burger seemed flame-broiled. The crinkle-cut fries were overly salty, and the chicken nuggets appeared store-bought and basic.

Cookout on Watson, need better staffing and a better crew. There is no way a single girl is working both cashiers with 5+ cars in both lines. All 3 of my orders were wrong, not from hearing from being rushing and short staffing.

The staff is amazing, kind and helpful! I stopped because they currently have the double burger on sale for .99¢ and the milkshake. Well needless to share everything was made fresh and to my liking. One of the young ladies even split my shake into two cups for me. There is nothing like awesome service and good food. If I ever have a taste for that type of food again I will definitely be back!
