This place does not even make food how you order. Get cheese on your order, won’t get it, extra sauces, won’t get it. Waste of time and money ordering from here. On top of that the workers always have an attitude like their job is a result of my doing. As I said coming here is a waste of time and money.

ANY time I come to this Mcdonalds, its an issue! Whether its missing food, or dealing with rude employees. The managers arent any better. This last time, i ordered a meal deal. They missed out on some items, so the deal wasnt valid so the total came up MORE than what it should have been. The manager had an attitude and said all I can get is a fry. UM NO I CAN GET MY REFUND BACK. Im sick of these people not liking they job and not doing it correctly.

I would give zero stars if I could. I hate to be one to complain, but every time I come to this location the wait time is ridiculous. Even when they aren’t busy they have you pull forward, or to a mobile order spot.

I put in a mobile order the other night before I left my house, drove to this location, pulled through the drive thru and of course, they tell me to pull to spot #3. I sat and waited for 30+ minutes! Bless the lady running the food outside, she was a sweetheart, but they came to my car once and only had the happy meal I ordered. They couldn’t figure out what my order was, so they walked back inside and I’m still sat waiting. I finally walked inside and ask where my order was and the rude little girl behind the counter said that I was “just gonna have to wait”. It took me an hour in total to get back home with our food.

This store needs better management and some more training resources for the employees to improve wait time and overall customer service. Also, half of the employees need to fix their nasty attitudes. My husband and I are never anything but kind – I know what it’s like to work in customer service, but every time we come here we encounter the rudest people!

This McDonald’s has been off all week, but today? Peak chaos. I come in with my kid between 5–6 PM, just trying to grab our order, and suddenly I’m the main event. A teen employee decides we’re the joke of the day, points us out to coworkers, and the shift manager joins in—hiding near the fries like a villain in a low-budget spy movie. I honestly have no idea what we did, but apparently, it’s hilarious.
I got asked several times what I was waiting for, even after giving my order number, it was like they wanted me gone yesterday. Meanwhile, the orders were backed up, fries taking forever, and a delivery driver even muttered, “It’s not worth it”—and she was right. Staring turned into whispering, following, and general “we see you” energy. I kept my cool, held onto my inner crush vibes, and didn’t crash out—but wow, what a performance.

Pro tip: If you like fries and dignity, maybe try literally anywhere else.

Service was HORRIBLE! we t through the drive-thru, had our ordered via the app. Thinking we be in and out…. not at all! As I’m writing this review we STILL haven’t received our order! Just unacceptable! C’mon McD’s do better!

We ordered DoorDash. The first dasher waited over 15 mins and then dropped our order. I was very surprised the second dasher stuck it out. We got our order 1.5 hours after ordering. The burgers were poorly packaged and a huge mess. One burger had a burnt bun. The fries were undercooked and soggy.

I will not post photos because folks scam but just received my order and boy will I insure corporate have an field day with this as my husband is eating his food he’s sharing with our 2 year old he noticed his burger is raw and I do mean raw nobody wants to answer the phone but I have the proof and digital time stamps this is completely unacceptable what are u possibly doing that you can’t ensure food is cooked well done

Blind trust report: 3 stars out of Five…
In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars at the beginning of the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust your restaurant? Food for thought
Each server: 4 stars: Melancholy environment; manager’s friendly assistance, when the self service didn’t allow to pay by card or cash, only excepted at the counter, what’s the point of the self service?
Blind trust level: 3 stars; very little food preparation visibility inside.
