Just had the worst order of chipotle I’ve ever had in 20 years of going to the restaurant. Literally got two Carnitas bowls that included almost no meat, and the meat that did come was the single biggest piece of fat I’ve ever seen in my life. It almost seemed intentional how bad it was. So incredibly disappointing and don’t think I’ll visit this location ever again.

Is it that hard to make rice? Last 3 times we have gone the white rice is literally mush… Place is always dirty. Management doesn’t seem to care when there’s a line to the door they just wanna stand at the online station. Always out of something. Corporate needs to show up and clean house. Especially the owners the owners of this location do not seem to care as if you read these issues have been going on forever. If you’re reading this take the extra 15 min to another location. 90% chance your food will come out and be mushy dogfood at this location

The portions of the bowls for in person orders are good but when I placed an online order 25% of my bowl was empty.

My regular chipotle location and they are always super friendly. It’s chipotle so you know what you are expecting food wise. They are fairly generous with the portions and are happy to add a little more of the non protein items if you ask. It’s always a very clean and well kept location though I don’t typically dine in. The manager or store owner not sure, is super friendly and there was a small slow down at one point and he apologized and gave me a free drink. It was very kind even when it wasn’t much of a slow down.

I’m not inclined often to make a review, but this crew tonight deserves recognition. I came in 15-30 minutes prior to closing at 11PM. In front of me was a patron in the restaurant who started ordering. Halfway through this order he stated he was a diabetic and his blood sugar was low. Instead of protesting and charging him the team leapt into action providing the customer a fountain drink and allowed him to continue creating his order after receiving what he needed. We also ordered a quesadilla which is usually online only. The shift lead or manager, accommodated the request and gave a workaround to ensure satisfaction. I’ve yet to try the actual food tonight, but the staff were the highlight of my review. Each of them tonight deserves a kudos and recognition of their actions.
Thank you Chipotle Team for putting your customers first. It’s greatly appreciated.

My recent visit offered a generally satisfying dining experience. The quality of the ingredients was commendable, contributing to a flavorful meal. While the service was efficient, there’s always room for minor improvements. The atmosphere provided a pleasant setting for a casual lunch. Overall, it was a perfectly adequate and enjoyable meal.

As a frequent visitor of this chipotle I have never had service as bad as this. When I first went to order with my partner she asked what my partner wanted then gestured toward me asking if I was eating. Then when preparing my bowl she gave me only one scoop of rice and said additional scoops would be extra when I am well aware of the usual two scoops of rice are included. Then when it came to protein I asked for double protein and proceeded to give me half and half saying that any additional would be extra and rolling her eyes after every response. I usually never have an issue with this chipotle and customer service but this one by far takes the cake due to her attitude. I understand there are hard days but if you are not fit to talk to customers politely then don’t apply for this position.

Always disgusting in there, and the employees absolutely suck most of the time. There are many instances of attitude and disrespect as well as not listening to things as simple as “a tiny bit of sauce” (they proceed to put a full ladle every time), The music in there is horrible and always way to loud, and it seems like the tables get wiped down MAYBE once a day. They also are out of something every time I go in there whether it’s early in the day or late at night. Every. Single. Time. And if it’s ice don’t expect them to tell you before you buy your drink, you just have to find out for yourself after. I don’t see myself visiting this god awful establishment again unless they do a 360 of the lazy half ass crew they have working there. I’ve literally had two workers argue while making my food which then led to a 5-10 minute process for a simple bowl. So many things wrong, and I didn’t even mention that the food is hit or miss. Don’t make a mistake like I did and and give them any of your money, you WILL be disappointed. P.S. staying open until 11 isn’t a good thing if your workers start half assing everything.

Store was not open when it was supposed to be and I ended up waiting about 30-45 minutes past the expected time. When i did receive it, the bowl was incorrect/missing items (no cheese or fajita veggies) and the chips were burnt. The steak and chicken we not good and tasted old. Chipotle needs to get this location together.

My family and I stopped by this Chipotle just before the lunch rush—only one person was in line ahead of us. Right as we walked in, we saw a cook tossing a basket of tortilla chips into the trash. Problem was, he missed. Most of the chips ended up on the floor, and no one seemed in a hurry to clean it up. A few minutes later, the staff realized the deep fryer wasn’t heating up. Turns out the burner had gone out, which explained the chip dump. Not exactly a smooth operation.
My wife and daughter ordered salads, I got a chicken bowl. When we asked for salad dressing, the guy behind the counter gave us a blank stare and said, “I don’t know if we have any.” He yelled to someone in the back—looked like the manager or maybe the owner—and she gave the same answer, but said she’d check.
Then it got worse. She walked into the back through what looked like the aftermath of someone dumping a 55-gallon mop bucket all over the kitchen floor—I’m talking standing water, not just a puddle. A few minutes later, she reappeared with a hotel pan full of dressing and handed it off like nothing was out of the ordinary.
We moved down to pay and got hit with the usual point-of-sale tipping prompt—you know, where you know youre about to deliver and bus your own food and fill your own drinks, being nudged to add a tip just for ordering food. We still tipped (because that’s how it’s set up), grabbed our drink cups, and went to the soda machine. No ice. We flagged someone down and asked if they could help—maybe fill our cups in the back? Nope. Turns out there’s only one ice machine in the whole restaurant, and it was the empty one we were standing at. No alternative offered. On a schedule, we drank iceless soda and ate.
The food? It was fine—Chipotle is usually consistent in that regard.
Before leaving, we decided to use the restroom. That’s when I walked into this (see photo). And let me be clear: this mess was there when I walked in. I didn’t create it, but I sure wish I hadn’t seen it. It’s 11am. They’ve been open maybe an hour, and the men’s room already looks like this? Dirty seat, gross splatter, floor grime—it was nasty.
Honestly, between the standing water in the kitchen, trashed chips on the floor, no ice, fryer problems, and a restroom that looks like it lost a battle to someone’s bad burrito decision, this visit was a disaster from start to finish.
Not how you want to start your lunch. Or end it.
