I like the deals and the food, but it’s upsetting when u waited so long in drive thru thinking your food is now being prepared to bite in your burger and it’s cold. Still like this place tho.

Was excited to try the new steakhouse bacon whopper, however, was extremely disappointed when I got home. What the heck is this? No bacon on my bacon whopper? No tomato, either. This whole this was just super sad. (Yes, this is a BK burger. I just used Wendy’s honey mustard for my fries, as I have a whole drawer in my fridge of assorted restaurant sauces lol)

Great service by a young man with an accent! I didn’t get his name! Used my BK app for an offer, and tried a chicken wrap, which was not great, but ate it anyway. I guess I was just disappointed by the size of it and the lack of ingredients with the very small chicken tender. My other food was good! French fries were nice & hot.

First of all it was 8:30a…. Person taking our order was very unprofessional. She was talking to someone else while we was trying to order. We got our food… it was cold… went to give my husband his breakfast sandwich the cheese wasnt even melted & the hash browns were dried up. I didn’t get to take a picture of the sandwich because I went inside to show them & to get my 3pc French toast sticks that they forgot to give us. But you would think you would be getting fresh food considering it being early in the morning & it being remodeled. Disappointed
