Great customer service!.. The only thing I come here for is the veggie subs and they always make them like I like them.. I don’t have a lot of options because I’m vegan, long-term vegan and so it’s nice to have a place close to home that I can get food at whenever I don’t Have time to cook or get home late from work.. Thanks for being my only restaurant option in the whole town

I asked for a meatball pepperoni and the server didn’t know what came on it, when I did sit down to eat the sandwich it was smothered in red sauce. Worst subway sandwich Ive ever had

I placed an online order on the subway app before I even left my house. Ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes in the store because when I got there they hadn’t even started making my order. Every time I go there is a wait and the employees aren’t very friendly. While I was waiting for my order to be complete the employees had poor customer service tending to other customers. On top of my long wait (which I tried to avoid by ordering on the app).. my sandwich was made absolutely terribly. The employee that made my sandwich absolutely loaded it down with the toppings I ordered and when I sat down to eat my food literally the whole sandwich fell apart. Seems like she put triple the toppings on my sandwich and I literally had to spoon the toppings back into the sandwich so I could eat it. The only good thing I have to say is that the ingredients were fresh. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this subway as wait times are ridiculous and the employees could be doing a better job in multiple aspects.

Summer
This is the second time in a row I have ordered from this Subway and my order was wrong. Last time was horrible, though. But this time I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki with only meat and cheese and they put purple onions on it, and they’re so strong, they overpower even the sweet onion teriyaki sauce that’s on it. Purple onions are the worst, to me, and they ruin anything they come in contact with. I ended up giving it to my daughter. Also, I ordered cookies, paid for them, and asked if she remembered that I ordered them. Thank goodness I checked when I got in the car because they were never placed in the bag like they should’ve been. Especially since I had just reminded her again. But I understand that people get tired and it was the end of her shift so I overlooked that small inconvenience. Manners mean everything to me and she redeemed herself in that department. She was so nice and polite that I couldn’t get aggravated with her for leaving them out.

I read reviews and seem some have had bad experience here. I’ve always quite the opposite. I drive out of my way to go to this subway. They have always had what I want and it was always good. They also let you use coupons from the paper. I eat at a lot of subways and this one is one of my favorite. I stay away from pumpkin center subway and the one on University avenue personally.

Defently not what it use to be. The selection is always out of nessadys to the sandwiches. Making the order clear only to get home and it’s WRONG! Sweet tea is always old never sweet. I remember when it was mostly high school kids who did a much better job. There were better staffed and trained. Iwas unpleasantly surprised the last few times. I dont think ill be going back for a while an i will check my food before leaving. NO MORE PHONE ORDERS OR ASKING SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK IT UP FOR ME.

Been there twice, once with an order from the new pre-set menu, once from the app. Both times multiple items were left off the sandwich. Service is pretty lax compared to other shops I’ve been to in the area.

Ordered through the app, waited for confirmation that the order was ready only to walk in and find that they hadn’t even started. Didn’t have multiple items on hand to fill the order, took another 30 minutes to make 2 subs that were still ice cold when they handed them to me.
